I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the price-quality ratio is great. The housekeeping team did an amazing job – the room was always spotless. The lobby area was also very comfortable, which was important for me since I had several meetings there that went uninterrupted. One night I did have a problem with noise caused by some other guests, and unfortunately, I couldn't sleep. However, the hotel staff, especially Mr. Ashim, handled the situation very professionally. They immediately responded, were extremely understanding, and made sure to make up for the inconvenience, which really brought my whole stay back to a high standard. Their approach truly showed that they care about their guests.

There’s nothing really negative to mention. If I had to point out anything, it would be that the pool could be heated, and the spa is a short walk away rather than in the hotel, but these are minor details in an otherwise excellent experience. All in all – highly recommended! Thank you again to the entire team for a great stay.

The Front Office team were exceptional. They got us a spa booking at the nearby Soaltee Hotel with 30% off, and handled our Everest flight tour booking - and gave plenty of tips throughout our stay. Puspa and Ujen at the reception were nothing short of world-class, and made us feel so welcome right from the start The breakfast starts early and goes on till 10 (they even served us after 10 because our Everest flight was delayed). Great selection of food and exceptional service again. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. A breath of fresh air from the chaos of Kathmandu streets - and having the terrace gave us extra outdoor private space.

From the room to the dining room ( breakfast) everything was exceptional. The pool, Zinq bar, IRD paneer tikka was phenomenal and the breakfast spread was cherry on the cake with lots of choices which makes everyone happy. Thanks to Chef Bhol, Namita, Muskan, PM Shift Security personnel in entrance of hotel and the entire hotel staff. My school Friends and I enjoyed the stay to the Fullest. I will definitely book again for my next visit. Thank you Hyatt KTM.

Everything was perfect and exceptional.

Incredible experience - a moment of calm in the wildness of Kathmandu. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the breakfast and food and drink were incredible as well. Fantastic to have a fitness centre as well.

The pool and outdoor area were supposed to be open by the time we arrived but it was delayed by a number of weeks. Some areas are showing wear and tear which is unusual for a hotel this young.

The property was very well maintained and clean. A luxury feel.. Sonam at reception was extremely helpful and took care of us very well. He helped us with the checkin and provided the room to our liking. Breakfast in the mornings were also very good. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the nice experience!

Nothing as such. However I feel that the door of shower in the bathroom should open inwards rather than outwards. The current setting makes the bathroom wet after shower .

The most valuable asset in this hotel are the staff. Efficient, friendly and professional. We had the best experience with Anusha who made sure we were checked in efficiently and explained everything about the hotel amenities. We received a very warm and special welcome from Bimala, who was there from checkin to checkout, ensuring we felt welcome and comfortable. Bimala advised and organised our driver and tours making sure we made the best memories, capturing all the must see attractions. We must also mention to the best head chef and hospitable Baburum, who was always especially courteous and even personally cooked us his specialties. Finally, thanks to Nauchir, our driver who drove us calmly and safely through all the difficult roads, which is no mean feat. All these special touches are what makes this hotel great. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Kathmandu.

Food was excellent ....we enjoyed it thoroughly

The door of washroom in our room (no. 1012) did not close fully. There was a slight gap between the door and the frame from where one could peek in. Also considering it was Hyatt Place, one of the finest hotel chains, it was odd that there was no doorbell and one had to knock on the door. Didn't bother us that much but I believe this could be looked into.

The staffs were very kind and polite. Very hospitable. The reception staffs Miss Bimala, sonam and prazena were very helpful , kind taking time to assure my child had wonderful time. They answered all the questions explaining everything patiently. The housekeeping were very understanding and very kind. The dining staffs and chefs went beyond anything to get the fussy eater to eat. Making everything to the childs specification and explaining everything to the child about the food. Very very children friendly hotel.

Nice decoration and well cleaned. The stuff was very friendly and supportive. They helped me a lot. The food was the best part. Food was amazing.

It was sad that they were not having any other facilities except room because of renovations.Also nearby the hotel there’s nothing much to do. So after work it can be little boring. They should focus on guest entertainment as well

Staff's behaviour were upto the standard & very friendly & accommodative. Rooms that we chosen were ( 2 rooms) quite big than usual even with a sofa bed with fantastic city & mountain views.

The breakfast items were very limited & poor taste. Very disappointed with the food varieties, Doesn't quite go with the Hyatt standard.
