+ staffs are very hospitable and friendly and accommodating especially the hotel manager. Also the staffs always meet us with a smile but this probably coming from most Nepalese too. + Rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping is upon request. Toilet is clean. + The hotel lobby has a weighing scale which comes handy if you are making a trip to the mountains. + Near to Thamel Street and yet away from noises from the street.

- Breakfast buffet variety can be quite limited and somewhat boring. Limited option and repeats from day to day. - Hotel lift is a bit small. Only takes 4 persons with small bags. Anyways, it is a small boutique hotel. Common spaces and amenities a bit of challenge here. - should have a door tag for guest to indicate whether they want housekeeping or left alone. Easier than going over to reception to inform the staff. Sometimes they may forget to update housekeeping.

The best stay I ever had in Nepal. Friendly and welcoming staffs with ample of access to the touristic hub of Thamel. The beds, breakfast, services and location were more than perfect. Highly recommended place to stay in Thamel.

I'm absolutely amazed by the hospitality this wonderful hotel provides. Detailed and kind commutation right from the start, organised affordable taxi transfer from the Airport and a fabulous junior suites. Location is 20 min walk from Dunbar Square and 4 minutes walk from the Pokhara tourist bus street in the middle of the downtown. Paid exactly as much as it was in the booking in exact USD/NPR rate of the day. Even pre made breakfast box is made and allowed my local colleague to visit my room, no hassle. The bed mattress seems to be hard at first, but actually is really comfortable when you sleep on it. Highly recommended.

Rooftop restaurant offers wonderful expansive views to the North and West and is a great place to linger after breakfast or in the late afternoon. Most hotels in Kathmandu are boxed in because of the density, so the view here is one of the best Waitstaff was very hospitable and made excellent lattes.

This was the only place in Nepal, during my nearly 2 month trip, that charged an additional credit card fee on top of my Booking.com rate. Contact the property beforehand to clarify the exact card fee, especially if staying multiple days, to avoid an annoying surprise. Rooms on lower levels do not have view.

guys, you need to solve something with sound insulation and noise at night. It was impossible to sleep due to the screams and noise of the guests until late at night. The staff had no control over this. Also at 6 am some kind of construction begins, a terrible roar. As a result, it was impossible to sleep!

i felt a little bit creepy when suddenly the tv switched on at night. and the next day the airconditioner also turned on by itself

Was close to the bus stop. We took a bus to Pokhara, and it was just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. So the hotel was ideal for the one night stay.

Bathroom design. Shower area could have a partition, we do not like water flowing all of the the bathroom after shower.

The hotel is located in Tamel, the staff is very nice and kind. A spacious shower and there is a balcony in the room. The hotel is very clean and it was pleasant to be there. The breakfast is varied and satisfying. Those who book through Booking have a free shuttle to or from the airport, only to one side.
