First of all they gave me early check in. I mean very early 6am check in.Pokhara bus reach early in Kathmandu. Staff was very helpful.Some staff didn't understand English but Pranita was a gem in communication. Because of her,check out was smooth. Clean room with all bathroom amenities in the heart of thamel.

Akash, the owner is super helpful and very kind. He is very engaged in making the Sakura Boutique Hotel customers happy. The room is very clean and comfortable, there is a little noise as the accommodation is in Thamel, a very touristic and crowded area, but this wasn't an issue for us.

This hotel located on the center of the Thamel, so it was easy to access everything from here. Breakfast they had provided was more than my expectation containing seasonal fruit lichi and mango. Thanks for the delicious breakfast.

Pamita was an asset to the property. She had so much information and knowledge about the area and was always there to help with a smile. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. The location was also perfect.

The location was really great! Close to everything. Hotel was really great for the price. The staff were warm and welcoming. They were very accommodating to our needs.

I stayed 5 days in this hotel. The hotel is very neat and clean, and the behavior of the staff is very friendly and supportive. I definitely use the hotel again if visit Kathmandu in the future.
