During my recent stay in Amsterdam, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel Xo Couture that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless and straightforward, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was a delight. It boasted a modern design, was impeccably clean, and offered all the comforts one could wish for, including a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and a safe. It was clear that the hotel had put a lot of thought into ensuring guests' needs were met with these amenities. What set this hotel apart for me was its exceptional location. The convenience of having Tram 2 depart right from the hotel's doorstep cannot be overstated. This tram line became my gateway to the city, whisking me away to all the central attractions Amsterdam has to offer, making exploration both easy and enjoyable. Furthermore, the hospitality and service provided by the hotel staff were remarkable. They were always on hand to assist with any requests or queries, adding a personal touch to their service which made my stay even more comfortable. In addition to the wonderful room and service, I appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. In summary, my experience was nothing short of excellent. This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam, offering both convenience and comfort. I left feeling thoroughly satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Close to train station Lelyaan, from the airport Schipol you make 7 minutes to this station. After that you can walk 16 minutes to hotel. Museum zone is 14 minutes away (6 station) with tram no 2. Centraal Station is 26 minutes away (13 station) with tram no 2. Good breakfast, simly and fast check-in and check-out.

location, hotel furniture and interior design.
The think that I don't like, that when some one does not have breakfast reservation, and want to take one or two days breakfast, then he should go first to the reception to pay then the staff in the Restaurent will let him entre. I felt kind of disrespect. The guest can pay after breakfast or tell his room number to the staff, and they add it to the hotel bill. like all the hotels all over the world. room service was not that perfect as well, specially bathroom services.

The hotel is located at a distance of 10 minutes by tram no. 2, which stops in front of the hotel, from Rjks Museum and 20 minutes from the center! 100 m from the hotel is a shopping center, which also includes a Lidl store, and at a short walking distance, there are cafes, bistros and shops! The rooms are spacious, with carpet on the floor, spacious wardrobe and many storage places! the beds are comfortable, although the pillows are a bit hard... The bathroom is quite spacious, equipped with a shower and cosmetic items. Generous lobby and very varied breakfast. I warmly recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back!

I can say only nice things about the hotel and I have no complaints. When it comes to pointing out what I liked most, I would say it's comfotable bed, really good light at the room (bright ceiling light as well as lamps on the bedside tables) and you can also use two rows of curtains with one of them being so thick that it's completely dark at night - which is lovely. The hotel is clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, maybe too little vegetables. Wi-fi worked perfectly, the hotel is really quiet with decent soundproof walls, floor and doors. In the vicinity there are Albert and Lidl supermarkets and right next to the hotel is tram station with tram number 2 that takes you right to the heart of Amsterdam (Amsterdam Centraal) in about 25-30 minutes. Btw - the track is going through really nice parts of the city so I highly recommend this way of getting to the centre. There is also a metro/train station about 10 minutes from the hotel, that will be useful when getting to Shiphol Airport. So to sum up, I liked the stay at this hotel.

After landing at Schiphol Airport, we took a train and got off at Lelylaan station, just one stop away. From there, it was a short and easy walk to our hotel. The hotel had an automated check-in system, which was very convenient and allowed us to complete the process quickly. Our room was more than adequate for three people. There was a tram stop very close to the hotel, providing easy access to the city center. In terms of price–performance, the hotel was excellent. Nearby, there were several supermarkets like Lidl, pizzerias, ice cream shops, and a local fish fast-food restaurant. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Returning customer. I use it for business trips when attending RAI Exhibition centre. The hotel is effectively half way between Schiphol airport and RAI. Very easy to get to from both locations. Room is well appointed. My usual requirements are decent shower, comfy bed and a quiet room. All were met. Decent sized shower room with lovely overhead rainfall shower, bed was comfy and despite being close to a busy road it's well sound proofed. Aircon was good and it even had a window you can open to get some fresh air. There is a posh little coffee machine, a fridge (empty) and iron/board (I needed that). Wifi was good for streaming and TEAMS calls. They only offer breakfast and have coffee/vending machines in reception. You can easily walk to local food places and the tram runs right past the hotel. Staff were very helpful when needed. As I was on my own I used Uber Eats and so did a few other guests - Korean and Chinese were both good. For a work trip hotel, this is really good. Official taxis costs more. Uber from hotel to RAI is $10. Official taxi on return is $35. Official taxi from Schiphol to hotel was $55, hotel to Schiphol with Uber was €20. Might not be the best placed hotel for tourists, but it's ideal for my purpose and well priced for what you get. I will be using XO Couture again.
Only a minor thing but the towels are not that plush. Softer, bigger and fluffier would be lovely!

The staff members were kind and helpful, and they were able to accommodate our request for two rooms close to each other, which was a bonus! The room was clean, but I would have preferred a mattress that was less firm. Being right next to the tram stop was a huge bonus as well since we used the iAmsterdam card for our travel into the city, and there is a metro stop just under a half mile away too. We didn't have breakfast, but it smelled good each morning. All in all, this is a great option for anyone looking to save a little money by staying a bit outside of the main part of the city.
We would have liked a softer bed.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and also quite spacious. The hotel is new with a pleasant environment. There are supermarkets and some restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It’s especially great for those driving, with easy access in and out. Public transportation is also very convenient. Line 2 is right at the doorstep and takes you directly to the city center. It’s also quite close to the Van Gogh Museum. Overall, the price is very reasonable for what you get. I would definitely stay here again next time

I had a great stay at this hotel. The building is modern and well-maintained, and I really liked the self check-in and check-out — super convenient. The location is pretty good, though it’s a bit of a distance from the downtown area, so keep that in mind. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and good quality. The rooms are spacious and come with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable too. Overall, a solid choice if you’re okay being slightly outside the city center.
There were a couple of things that bothered me. First, it was strange that I couldn’t turn off the light in the bathroom — it stayed on the whole time. Also, the area around the hotel has some grocery stores that seem to attract homeless people, and a few of them were aggressive. It didn’t feel very safe walking around at night.
