We stayed at Bastion Hotel Waalre for the first time for attending the festival nearby over the weekend, and our stay was nothing, but pleasant and satisfying. From our hotel, it was only short walk to the festival, town center and I particularly liked the location of the hotel as it was in quiet location also. The hotel was nice, clean, and we enjoyed staying our room 425 with comfy beds, spacious bathroom, flat screen tv, AC which we had no issues during our stay at all. We also enjoyed having continental breakfast and dinner few times of our stay as it was good value for money in my humble opinion. I also would like to mention one of the staff members, Khaled, who was very helpful, kind, professional from the day we arrived and it's always bonus meeting someone like himself who takes good care of the guest during the stay,and my sincere thanks goes out to him. Thank you Khaled, once again. If we ever have an opportunity to go to the festival in the future, I would definitely stay at the hotel again and I recommend this hotel too. Breakfast wasn't given, unlike other hotels where I have been. We have to buy every food outside. Please endeavour to be given breakfast to your customers as this I am sure will promote your patronage

Your solid building stands out. To be frank I have never entered a good facility like yours , I have been to like 12 countries but that your building is well built. Kudos and congratulations.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and well equipped . I know it’s a matter of preference but the bed was ideal for me . I didn’t eat as I arrived late ( and I must stress even arriving late, the welcome was warm, the young lady at reception was so welcoming) the air con is efficient and quiet and the sound proofing is brilliant, even with the close proximity to the motorway I never heard a thing. I could park right outside the door in a secure car park. All of my special requests were paid attention to even though I booked late . All in all I will definitely be back as well as recommending to colleagues

The beds were super comfortable and the room was modern and clean. The staff were all really nice, very friendly and helpful. We wanted a bed for the night to stay over on our trip and it was next to the motorway. You couldn't hear the motorway noise though. The parking place was secure and had CCTV security cameras as our car was full of stuff. It was good value for money and there is a 24 hour reception so a late check-in is possible. Very happy with the hotel.

The WiFi login was a little more difficult for us as we are not great at that stuff.

Very nice and spatious room. Also the bathroom was modern and large. The bed was excellent and also the breakfast is fine with freshly baked eggs if you want. The location is easy to get to. Just of the highway but no outside noise to be heard inside. Also great was the free electric car charging

The rooms are slightly noise. Could hear doors outside slamming sometimes. And Also sounds from nextdoor rooms. Did sleep very well I must say. The fitness room is a bit of a Joke with only 3 machines inside.

I didn't just liked, I loved this hotel, absolutely worthy every cent payed. To be totally honest, we don't often stay in a 4 stars hotel, because it's to expensive for what we mostly need, which is an overnight stay, clean and reasonably comfortable bed and bathroom, free parking and 24 hours check in possibility, this hotel is much more than just that... I'll just say that size of their twin bed is (almost) like double bed in some 2 stars hotels ... I would have gladly be their guest again absolutely.

Very comfortable and clean, just off the motorway so great location. Secure, gated parking and plenty of it.

We arrived late on the 12th and the bar had just closed. However 15 minutes later we noticed that some other people had been served. This wasnt the end of the world but to be honest I felt that the girl behind the reception was quite blunt, bordering on being rude! It was a shame as everything else was very good. I would recommend staying here.

Close to motorway, which was convenient for our trip, yet in a quiet location. Rooms were big and clean. The shower was absolutely fantastic.

The beds were really super soft, so not comfortable for either of us (4 people). We had to wait 20 mins to check in- this was compensated by free drinks vouchers though, which was a nice gesture.

No soap in the bathroom only slight issue but was rectified by staff. I like a nice big window but the fact you're on the 14/15 floor and the window opens fully is a bit of a concern. Just something to be mindful of. It's good they open but completely opening is a slight worry.

It was very quiet (we couldn't even hear the highway right next to the hotel), the beds super comfortable and the view gorgeous (room in the 11th floor). You don't have to walk far to get to a store or restaurant (maybe 10min) and it's really nice to walk around the neighbourhood with it's typical Dutch look.

The gate to the property was very akward. We (and many other people too) initially didn't know how to open the gate (it's just the press of a button but nobody tells you that) and the sensor for letting cars outside is a bit finicky as well. The warm water in the shower isn't exactly consistent - every now and then it surprised me with a little bit of colder water (nothing too uncomfortable though).
