The room we had was so spacious. It had a seperate living room and and large sleeping area. We also loved the little balcony. The room also had dishes, glasses and cutlery which was nice since we were able to enjoy a glass of wine and some snacks out on our balcony. Also want to shoutout to the staff , they were so helpful and kind. the location of ths place is also great, close to so many shops and restaurants and so close to the canals. My only causion is the steps to get up the room is steep, so please keep that in mind as there are no elevators.

I actually didn't mind this at all, but we were so close to the church that you can hear the bell rings. some people may find this too noisy but I thought it was lovely.

Great location is the center of Haarlem near lots of great shopping and restaurants. Our room had lots of great space with a separate living space from the bedroom. Amenities within the room were great and comprehensive. We loved staying here versus in downtown Amsterdam as Haarlem has all the amenities, but without the busyness and tourists of Amsterdam. Also very easy to get to from the airport, as well as easy to get to/from Amsterdam.

The only downside for us was that a couple of the nights we were there (Thursday and Saturday) there as loud music from about 10pm to midnight that made it very difficult to sleep. There was a bar/club immediately below the unit that we think might have been the reason for the noise.

Location was in the middle of very walk-able district. Shops, restaurants and services were readily available. Easy and enjoyable walking experience walking in the immediate and outlying neighborhood. The rooftop view from the apartment had character. The staff were very helpful and understanding.

The church bells sounding throughout the day and night, became annoying. The ceiling being low in some areas was a challenge. We had an issue with the shower leaking on to the bathroom floor, but i was able to correct this issue by taking apart the drain and clearing the trap. Some fool was setting off what sounded like a quarter stick of dynamite a couple of nights in a row, at about 3 to 4 am, was more than a little annoying.

Very friendly and helpful staff, who contacted us prior to arrival and gave us useful information when our train was delayed. Once at the place we were given lots of tips about the city. The suite had plenty of space and with the bedroom at the back, it was easy to sleep even though the front of the suite overlooked a pedestrian street.

As they say in their own information, the stairs are steep. Not a problem for us but worth mentioning if you have mobility issues.

Excellent location in beautiful and interesting Haarlem. Very well placed for all the vibrant bars and restaurants around the charming old church square and near the river front eateries too. Very good service and in partnership with an excellent cafe around the corner which provided a good breakfast option, including for vegetarians. After our long weekend in Haarlem, we would not choose to stay in Amsterdam again; we much preferred the vibe of this gem of a little city - a quick 15 minutes away from the more expensive (and busy and noisy) capital, via a very inexpensive train - and these hotel apartments a good choice to make a stay here, to enjoy the sights of Haarlem and have lovely day trips into Amsterdam, a very pleasant option indeed. Great location, aircon in bedroom and great bathroom. TV and WiFi great amenities decent too. Staff were friendly

Can be quite noisy due to street location and was very warm in living room. Window really hard to open and no air flow so stuffy. Rug in living room was dirty could feel bits under feet so I kept my shoes on, furniture with large stains just a bit worn, not a great look or as advertised. Stairs are very steep you need to be agile and able for them.

The place itself is located on a very quiet road close to a lot of boutiques and shops. The staff were really helpful in terms of showing to our room, taking our luggage and greeting us at the reception. I do recommend going on a weekend as the market is literally outside of the property! Our room, Kleinhout 1, was very spacious with an amazing bed and a lovely terrace in which we could enjoy our coffee. I cannot express how much me and my partner enjoyed this place and we will definitely come back to the same suite.

2 days was not long enough!

Everything that we needed was there, including utensils to prepare meals. The unit is beautifully decorated. The location is fantastic - in the middle of old Haarlem. The staff was very helpful and we could leave our luggage at reception until we had to go to the airport late afternoon.

It comes at a price but accommodation in the Netherlands is expensive.

The appartments are spacy (especially for the price and Dutch flats!), personal is very friendly and accommodating, luggage storage before check in was possible and it was even brought to the apartment by the team, luggage storage and toilet visit were possible after check out too. It is super central, you are 2 minutes away from the market square via a street lined with restaurants. Kitchen included water cooker, stove and oven (with microwave function), several pans as well as cutlery and cooking equipment plus salt and pepper

Distance between reception and appartments is 200 meters through a inner city street lined with shops and restaurants. Not that far and an issue, but surprising.

Gorgeous unit with rooftop balcony. Free coffee and wine. Laundry machine in suite was an unexpected delight. Staff were lovely. Location is excellent. Comfortable couches, chairs and bed. Easy walk to the train station. Located right in the central pedestrian zone. Very large size suite for the Netherlands .

Stairwell was steep, but that is typical for Netherlands. Loud at night due to a carnival on the nearby square.
