Room was just as expected, as we have stayed there quite a number of times each year for the past 5 or 6 years. Rooms are always clean and the staff are very, very helpful.

We aren't a fan of the new idea, of taking away the tea/coffee making facilities in every room to be replaced with having to constantly go all the way from your room to the lounge on the 3rd floor. There is a constant shortage of cups, usually at least one drinks machine has clogged, blocked or just stopped working. The other problem is that guests are dripping drinks from the cups onto the carpets, hard flooring and even inside the lifts making the floors sticky.

The tree4next mission is great, the world needs it. Breakfast was great and the staff was amiable. There is enough free parking space and the hotel is very well located.

The green/ orange code for cleaning the room is a bit complicated. We chose one day for only clean towels which we got hanging on the door but we did not know what to do with the used ones. Also answering an email every day is inconvenient. I also want an opportunity to separate waste. I hope the hotel staff is separating waste. I think it is more hygienic to use fluid soap instead of hand soap.

We liked the lounging areas throughout the hotel and also enjoyed the bar for grabbing coffee or a drink. I had read that the pillows were hard, but they were very comfortable, so maybe this was addressed by the hotel before our visit.

The toilet paper was hard... would definitely suggest they find a new supplier or brand. One of us fell on the escalator trying to get her luggage to the first floor. The elevator didn't seem to be accessible without the key card and that had been turned into the front desk at checkout. She had a significant injury to her hand which could not be treated because of our train tickets.

Have stayed here before a few times before it was updated and it was a bit drab, but now it's fabulous. It gives you the feeling as if you are in a super luxurious hotel. Very spacious and clean. We did have not have breakfast but judging by the number of people having dinner there in the evening, it must be great as it was almost full. The bar area is really nice and light. Lots of places to sit and have a drink also throughout the lobby. It all feels very spacious. The gym is not large but big enough and has a reasonable amount of equipment. More than enough for a good workout whilst on the road. The room was immaculate and the walk in shower is a great new touch. So is the balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Staff we extremely humble and nice to deal with on all levels. Free parking. To be honest, the pictures on booking.com don't do it justice.

Great facilities, good size rooms and very clean. Staff very friendly and attentive when we checked in, would be happy to help with any queries or questions during our stay - booked a taxi for us and was very straight forward and quick to arrive. Restaurant and communal spaces looked very welcoming and comfortable, there was also some quieter areas to go and work in if necessary. Room was very comfortable with a balcony, good temperature.

Trouble with the front doors out of hours, instructions not very clear and revolving door seemed to be known for being troublesome. Felt bad for staff as seemed to only be one on front desk when we were trying to get back into the hotel (at midnight) and they were dealing with another client, 3 rooms worth of guests were unable to get into the hotel due to revolving door not working when unlocked. - that's not anyone's fault in particular, just a shame there was technical difficulties!

Friendly staff, great service at the restaurant (we did not get breakfast), wonderful desserts for children (sorbet with fruit was wonderful), great view and walkable distance. Plus extra comfortable beds and pillows! So nice, I would definitely stay here again, great value for money and good for family (spouse and I and my 12-year-old son)

It is a little away from the city center, however, we walked there easily, even in the rain and it was one of the most pretty walks! It is worth it for the free parking if you have a car. I would stay there again, thank you!

For many years before Covid have we stayed at your hotel, we have always been satisfied with the accommodation and the service. For one night my brother had made reservations in Sneek and I was unable to cancel one evening accommodation in Haarlem We also found that after 5 we would have liked to have a small meal but that was not possible.

Light snacks throughout the day. Because for 13 days you don’t always want to have a full meal

just outside the city centre meant a bus/taxi ride into the city was required, no tea/coffee in the room (although the guest lounge was well stocked), we found the bed a little soft and were not used to the larger pillows

Good location, can take buses to the central. A lot of parking spaces and the restaurants offer a wide range of food.

The entrance from car park is not very convenient. Better they can open the door with door key from directly from the car park so we don’t need to walk outside especially when we have luggage and when it rains. There is no cups or coffee machine provide in rooms. Need to get from the lounge.

Room was super clean as it was the previous time. Free parking and great areas near the lobby (restaurant, bar, sitting area, snack area). Nicely located, only 12min drive to Schiphol and 20min drive to the coast.

We had the unluck to have very inconsiderate guests near and above us. They made very loud noises around 4am, for our luck, so much so we initially thought they were explosions and the hotel reported a lot of complaints. People running the corridors around 5am. Granted, if guests have bad manners it's not the hotel's fault, but the room could have been a little more sound proof. Balcony did not have dividers with neighbors, so anyone on the same floors could have come up to our window if they wanted to.
