The room was clean, beautifully decorated. The property has a nice garden with space where to stay and drink a coffee or whatever. The owner, Mandy was very welcoming. We should have arrived around 4 pm, but due to some issues we were delayed until after 8pm. She even called us to check when we arrive since we couldn't update her earlier about the new arrival time. They offer a diversified tasty breakfast with several types of ham, cheese, vegetables, jam, butter, cereals, milk , tea and coffee. You'd have to be too picky not to be satisfied. 🙂

The only downside is that if you want to stay longer than 2-3 days there is no wardrobe/cabinet to put your clothes, which may be uncomfortable.

We came to visit Valkenburg for the Christmas markets and the parade. We absolutely loved our stay at this nice hotel. The hospitality of the personnel makes you directly feel right at home. The hotel was also very nicely decorated with lovely Christmas ornaments. The breakfast was totally amazing, all items were fresh and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located close to Valkenburg. It is good to keep in mind that the bus comes once per hour in the evening. Our room faced their charming garden including cute rabbit Sjeng's house :)

We loved almost everything, except the carpeted floors in the room. We also spotted a silverfish on the wall near our bed, which seems to be a common thing in homes across the Netherlands.

Breakfast was yummy! Choices of meats, bread, juice and yogurt with muesli. Had the perfect soft boiled egg too. The bed was a little saggy, but was comfortable enough. Our hostess was very pleasant and helpful, showed us the beautiful gardens with their rabbit too. The city is small, but in the hills and just wonderful! These are the kinds of places I love to visit and stay!!

The hostess was very kind and welcoming, really cared about her guests and asked if everything was to one’s satisfaction. The place had a very nice garden one could sit and relax in (and such a sweet rabbit in the garden). Calm neighbourhood, not too far from Maastricht centre.

Heartwarming host, very nice and sweet. Gave us very nice recommendations around the area and where to go. Also much closer to Maastricht than expected, like a 15min drive but you get to stay in the beautiful fields of south Netherlands, for a fraction of the price of what you would get in Maastricht.

Wonderful hostess, so very welcoming and helpful like list of places to see. Very comfortable bed, good breakfast, good location and plenty of off-road parking and a very nice garden to sit for sundowners. In all. A lovely stay.

This hotel has a very original vibe, people running the hotel are super nice and friendly. We visited the hotel coming by bus from Maastricht and that worked well. We found a place for dinner close by with a short walk to green environment of the hotel, very nice! Great breakfast.

Lovely room with en-suite bathroom. Quiet location. Excellent breakfast with diverse choices. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Gave great tips of sights to visit around there. Parking within hotel premises

The hosts are very hospitable and friendly. The location is perfect if you want to be close to Maastricht but at the same time want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the city; it is only a ten-minute drive through a magnificent landscape. The breakfast is great! The rooms are simple but clean. The property also has a great garden you can enjoy, and the ability to park on the property is a great plus if you are traveling by car.
