When booking the room we picked one overlooking the inner courtyard. Initially, we were concerned that this might cause disruptions, but to our pleasant surprise, it turned out to be fantastic. The room was equipped with wooden shutters for the windows, effectively blocking out all light and noise while we slept, ensuring a restful night's sleep for both of us. Having stayed in several hotels in The Hague before, we can confidently say that this was the best of them all. The spacious and well-designed rooms provided us with the utmost comfort. The beds were incredibly cosy, and the bathrooms were fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Furthermore, the hotel's location is simply unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of the city, all the major attractions are within easy walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring the sights and sounds of the vibrant city.

Just a couple of dislikes; the coffee that's used in the in-room coffee machines isn't great and the umbrellas for customer use are for hire rather than free.

I didn't have breakfast included, as I usually opt to do breakfast whenever I want. The one day I went, it was okay. The sausages were kinda cold but the bread was amazing (it is the Netherlands).

Housekeeping seemed a little off, like one day they took my power card and left cleaning rags on the desk, on top of some of my stuff. They left my colleague's door open, which she noticed as we got back from meetings during the day. The hotel apologized on their behalf but it was just a weird couple of moments.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the centre of the city. There is even a tram stop just in front of the hotel that takes you, for example, to the beach, to Delft, or to other interesting places nearby. Overall, the location is very central, so you can easily visit all the main attractions in the city. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, both at the reception and at breakfast. The breakfast itself is varied and very rich, and the whole structure is really comfortable and pleasant overall. I will definitely come back!

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, the lightning was all good and the bathroom was nice. The location was good. Overall great hotel and would recommend.

Even though we hung the housekeeping card outsitde, our hallway was not covered by housekeeping. This was quite annoying. We called the reception about this, but no housekeeping was offered "they were too busy". Then i asked for new towels and we just got 2. When checking out, I explained it again. But the receptionist now was very understanding and did not make up an excuse.

Gorgeous hotel. From the train station, very easy to reach by foot or tram. Shops and restaurant are in walking distance. Tram and bus stop in front of hotel. Room was neat and supercomfi bed. A lot of choice for breakfast and super nice staff. The wall full of butterfly such a fun element. Restaurant/breakfast area was big, clean and nice seating areas. Also LOVED that check out was at 12pm, no rushing to be out on time. Will be back.

I did not like the products in the bathroom( soap, shampoo, etc), did not smell nice and didn’t look like they would do anything for my curls.

The hotel is beautiful, the room very comfortable and the location excellent.

We came to breakfast quite late ie. just after 10am, and by then the choice of bread was limited (e.g no croissants). Also the staff in the kitchen could have been more helpful-for example I did not know I could order an omelette or fried egg so I just took the scrambled egg that was there. The staff at the reception are good in that they are efficient but they could be a little more friendly and warm. Makes a big difference! However the two young trainee girls in the breakfast room were friendly and nice.

I booked hotel not long before vacation, so all available places with private bathroom close to city center costed 100 euro/night and more. I chose voco among cheapest ones, based on pictures, and guess I was lucky to get the best option. voco is beautiful - building, public spaces, room, view from the window (I decided not to save on atrium view). AC and windows that one can open give perfect air in room. Shower is spacious and nicely isolated, I didn't have to bother about wet floor. Antipodes cosmetic smells great, doesn't stay on skin for long and is compatible with perfume, and worked wonderful with my oh so prone to irritation skin. voco is placed in city center, in comfortable place with lots of cool cafes and restaurants around, with markets, shopping streets, museums in less than 30 minutes walking distance. Breakfast is rich and nourishing, and one may also order particular type of eggs or lovely pancakes. My favorites were mango/kiwi smoothies and fruits with greek yogurt.

Wi-Fi is open, so I had to use VPN to make it safer

It's a fancy place, a beautiful hotel. There's three reception desks so I never had to wait to be helped. The beds are very comfortable, and the coffee machine in the room is good. Staff was always friendly. Location is also excellent, the trams and buses stop right next to the hotel and it's very central.

Our room had tea bags, but no water heater. We wanted to reheat some leftover food but had to sign a form that we won't sue the hotel. It took them a while to find the form so I had to wait for ~20 minutes to reheat the food.

Excellent breakfast selection, great location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are absolutely excellent, and I had a 1st floor room that overlooked the reception area. I couldn't hear anything from the reception whilst I slept, the soundproofing really is that good!

The evening dinner menu is very limited in choice, and if you're travelling with children or selective eaters, it won't be to your liking. The food was great for me, but it's worth considering your travel party first. However, there's a huge range of other eateries right outside the hotel, so you're not short of choice.

The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The overall experience was good.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I booked a twin room from booking and then when I arrived they communicated that it depends on availability and that there is only queen beds available and if we want separate beds we need to upgrade and we had to do that. When we entered the room it was too beds put together to make one big bed so it was pointless.
