We had various challenges arise during our stay: a tour pickup that didn’t materialize, a flat battery in a rental car, etc. In every case the hotel reception folks were amazingly helpful and supportive. The hotel itself is very peaceful and pleasant with an amazing location right on the harbor, and comfortable, well laid out rooms, but it was the personal warmth and kindness of the staff that made the stay exceptional.

An exceptionally spacious motel room .with all the comfort you could wish for. Nice view over the harbour and sunny balcony. Extremely friendly and helpful owner. Ask for room 12 or 13 which have a covered balcony and make sure to get a room on the first floor overlooking the inner harbour.

Locations couldn’t have been better rESTAURANTS AND BARS ALL WITHIN walking distance.

I found the shower potentially very dangerous as it was narrow and in a small bath. No grab rails in or out to prevent a fall ,this would be an easy fix.

Fantastic location on the water, walking distance to nice restaurants and into town. Across the road from cinema and great cafe at the door. Lovely staff and nice, clean spacious rooms.

No breakfast, but wonderful cafe right next door.

Large super clean room. Comfortable bed. Good location. Quiet. Liked everything except the view of the cars outside the room. We left something behind and they let us know very quick so we could return for it. Fantastic service.

We had a ground floor room so was a bit disappointed the view wasn't what we saw in the pictures. I didn't recall there being any info or being able to choose upstairs when we booked. I think that needs to be clearer as upstairs would be amazing.

Quiet location, good sized room for 3 people. Close to main street for restaurants and shopping. A short walk to the beach.

We had a very good stop over at your motel we found it well appointed, wonderful bathroom one of the most practical set out we have been in.
