Location was ideal for our trip, Tony and staff were nice and friendly. The pool was great on arrival, just wished we could've had another swim in the morning before checkout. ( it was locked up for new arrivals). Very welcoming and comfortable stay. Need a taxi, request Janice from TaxiCabs she's the best.

Just a few things to consider - showers in one bedroom apartment were so hot that when we turned it down to cold we lost pressure. - the apartment is hot and there's no air con in the room, however they do supply you with a plastic floor fan. - no toilet bin for sanitary items - the rooms are in need of an update

Regarding the breakfast, one of the items mentioned on the Information Sheet in the main room indicated that breakfast was available. However, upon enquiry, I was advised that it has not been available since Covid times. I nicely suggested to the Owner that the Information Sheet needs to be updated to reflect this.

The free standing Towel Rail in the bathroom was rusted at the base.

Owner/phone receptionist who had clear english skills. Person understood clearly what I was looking for and processed my request easily. Nice rooms and easy to find. Nice location even though 50kms from my final destination . Not much when you are in Auckland.

Not a big fan of Booking.com I had trouble with them last year. although this was how I stumbled upon this motel I will try and stay here for auckland visits in future. I understand technology has almost removed jasons motel guide books.

Always nice room, spacious and good cooking facilities

Can't reach the wifi from the corner room (19), needed the wifi for work as the lodge advertises it has free wifi. Also booked a spa bath room purely to have jacuzzi and it wasn't working. Wasn't told until arrival. Got charged full price for both these 2x amenities that weren't available

This place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, clean and met our needs as a family. We definitely will be back. It is awesome to be able to stay in a place where it met our daughters needs - both the spa and swimming pool and also we are still able to be in the region for our business. Thank you to the staff and the owner for the best motel we have stayed at in all our years of operating our company. Thank you.

Nothing - Love every moment.

I had a room at the back set back from the main road and it was nice and quiet. The rooms are comfortable with cooking facilities. Some inclusions such as meal preparation knives would be good but overall it was well setup.

Good location. Pukekohe within walking distance. Outside your room was a table and 2 chairs plus an ash tray which was great. Great shower with a good size bathroom.

Would have been nice to have a cooking bowl to use in the microwave instead of a breakfast bowl.

Comfortable bed. Great spa bath. Easy access off a side street made entering and exiting a lot easier than straight onto the busy main road access.

I was given a car space outside my unit and when I came back someone else had taken it. I did manage to park in front of another unit, hoping it was unoccupied.

It was close to our family and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is awesome.

When we arrived there were a couple of ants on the bench but once we wiped them away we didn't see anymore

It was close to Pukekohe town center. I had a small problem with power points they didn't work l told Tony the next day and came and sorted it out while I was out for the day.
