Liked the close proximity to other food eateries & being close to the Auckland New Zealand Temple.

In the bathroom there was a stain on the door On the gold light stand of the bed, it had been pelt off in places and so therefore didn't give that nice brand new look of the room. The iron was like wrapped around the wardrobe poll making it difficult to pull out to use, if you don't have a city view, the view is dumb of the car park. I'm sure there are better scents than the one in your body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The Lemongrass scent is not pleasant. When I came for breakfast she asked for my room number, I forgot it, then she went away and did something else, leaving us there waiting, so I just went to reception and asked for my room number then went back because we were hungry.

Absolutely loved our stay here, we booked an hour before arriving. Staff at reception were absolutely amazing! friendly and accomodating. Loved the room, clean, spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. My favourite part was the shower, with a big overhead shower as well as the normal shower. Highly recommend the hotel buffet breakfast. so many delicious options. Great location and despite being next to the motorway it was super quiet. I can't wait to come back and stay next time I'm in Auckland.

I was just a little frustrated that I could't connect my apple devices to the TV.

It was very clean and a nice space to come back to rest after a long day. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I will definitely stay again when I’m back in Auckland.

We ordered food with Uber Eats and they aren’t allowed to deliver to our room which was a bit annoying. If there was an option at the hotel to pay staff to bring deliveries up to room would have been perfect, it would be very convenient especially after a long day :)

Rooms are good for everything we need is there. The cleaning is awesome and the service at the counter n cafe really excellent. I recommend this hotel to people when they come to Auckland especially my friends.

I like the rooms more spaces. Sky everything in the room and clean iron everything. I loved it your hotel. Almost every 6 months I come to Auckland for Our family thing. I use to stay at Ibis hotel. It’s not the same at Sebel hotel. My brother in laws telling us to stay with them there, and I loved it. And we all discuss it that is where we can stay when any family event happen. We stayed for 2 nights before flying out of NZ. Also attended the LDS Auckland Temple which is so close. The room is quite spacey, everything was clean and the bed was really comfy! The property itself is next to Valentiens with Dennys next door, z gas station around fhe corner as well as other shops. Conveniently located next to Rainbows end as well as Manukau shopping centre. Would definitely stay again & recommend

Check in was very good and fast room was very clean with lots of charging points for devices. Comfortable bed with good pillows a good place to relax.

The breakfast Buffet is of a good standard but if you are behind a large group with big appetites you might have a problem with the kitchen keeping up with the demand as we found out and ended up with a cold breakfast as some of our food we plated up only to find that the rest of the buffet was empty and had to wait in line for resupply only for the buffet to empty again. A bit frustrating

Welcoming staff on arrival which was refreshing after a disastrous Trivago booking which was oversold and left me hanging with nowhere to stay at 7pm. I appreciated the assistance of the reception staff. Kingsize Bed was fantastic to really get a good night's sleep, very low external noise was a bonus and the shower was divine 🙂. Great touch also with the Nespresso machine and some coffee pods 👌

Kitchen sitting area was quite awkward to work with and parking fee was a surprise to me ... but these were minor when looking at the overall value and experience

Quick and hassle-free check-in Courteous and friendly reception staff A large group was waiting to be checked-in when we arrived but reception staff calmly and quickly checked us into our room simultaneously. My wife loved the room and has made a note to request the same room again if we stay at the hotel again in future, which we almost certainly will. Room was clean and spacious Beds were comfortable, offering good support

The only criticism was that the bathroom shower gel container was almost completely empty and had not been replenished when the room was cleaned after the previous occupants had departed

Room was spacious for us, amenities were just what we needed, it was clean and comfortable to be in. The room service was excellent. When we requested for extra blankets it was met immediately.

Confusion with checking in. When booking online my credit information was given, I was confused when I was asked to pay for it at the desk. No eftpost was unacceptable. It was quite a demanding and a little intimidating experience thinking you may not have accommodation, particularly after a long days travel. Other than that the day staff were wonderful.

Loved the proximity to the Temple which is the only reason why I chose the Sebel. I loved the view, I loved the privacy, loved the big screen TV in the bedroom, loved the size of the bed. Loved the staff at reception.

I had requested a temple view but I didn't book early enough so that's my fault not yours. There is nothing to dislike although the parking is a bit of a hit and miss getting a front park. Parking at the back of the hotel at night felt a little scary.
