I have and remain a frequent guest so I am able to compare year by year from many years past including COVID to now. Jenil is an outstanding Manager. I have noticed that the quality of service at the front desk upon reception and departure has deteriorated. The present staff seem to lack respect of guests. They are sullen, brash and talk down to people. In earlier years this was not so. The front office staff were welcoming, helpful and tried their best to make a guest feel welcome. Jenil through through all this is amazing.

The gentleman at the front desk was exceptional. He was friendly and efficient and went out of his way to make sure we knew all we needed to know. We talked to him earlier on the phone too as we were not arriving until around 6:30pm and his phone manner, patience and helpfulness made me feel valued and welcome and that our needs were fully taken care of. Many Thanks to him. (Sorry I dont remember his name, please add it to this review if you can). He is a real credit to the company. The room had everything we needed in it for our short stay and was beautifully clean. Being higher up it looked over top of the carpark and lower buildings which gave a nicer view and there were nice lighting sculptures to see. The room was also very quiet and private feeling despite having the event center right next to it. The shower had nice pressure too which was lovely. We had a beautiful rest. Thank You

The size of the room was very small. It was a bit like sleeping inside a shoebox. Once you get in there with 2 people and suitcases it becomes cramped very easily. Also we would have liked it if we could have opened a window to get fresh air blowing in. The air con doesnt make the room feel as fresh as an open window. But other than that it was all very lovely. Thank you.

The location is very good right by SH1 and not far from the mall so everything is within walking distance. there is also a kfc not far as well as eateries. The rooms were ok. no microwave and only a tiny fridge. Bonus about staying here is the parking. Auckland is terrible with parking fees but here there is a lot of parking right outside the hotel. I also liked the breakfast buffet, it was delicious and the staff were nice. they cooked me eggs sunnyside up without a fuss. it is worth the price. It is a little confusing with the cafe there that doesnt look after the buffet area. but the location is its star. it is accessible to akl city, SH1 to south of auckland and most importantly it isnt far from the airport. it is walking distance to manukau mall and manukau bus station where you can catch intercity bus to anywhere in nz as well as the orange bus to take you to the airport. the train station is also walking distance. very good location.

reception was not helpful at all. very limited explanations maybe because it was the end of the day. not very helpful either with any of our questions regarding their facilities. i asked for water to be filled in our jug but the receptionist said to use the tap water in the shower. no thanks.

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was a really good size. Kitchen was decently equipped, lounge was a very generous size. Bedroom was great, and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was good too. Loved the security of the key cards not just for the room but also access to the elevator. This booking came with buffet breakfast each morning, it was a decent breakfast spread, just lacking any coffee at all, which is a shame. Even filtered coffee would be fine by me, never mind the juice that was available was lovely. Personally I loved the view from my room, especially the bedroom, the southern motorway and a church perched on a hill. I found it mesmerising. Location was great, near the motorway, Westfield Manukau. And all my favourite spots in the south and east of Auckland.

Staff were okay, the friendliest members were the ones doing the room service etc. Reception staff not as attentive as they could have been, cafe staff pleasant though. The couch in the apartment was very very uncomfortable, as it was like sitting on concrete. The dining chairs were better. I stayed for five nights, which I don't think they are used too, as when I requested more toilet paper at reception on my last full day, it never happened. To be fair when room service came two days earlier I said I didn't need anything, which at the time I didn't. Luckily I had some tissues. I would still stay here again though.

The location was perfect for me and what I was in Manukau to do. Thanks. I did not have breakfast as I was pushed for time. I liked the location and value for money.

I have stayed at Ramada Manukau many times. I do not like that the standards have slipped somewhat. The reception is not as welcoming as previously, the feel of the place seems that the workers are under pressure and perhaps worried....sad really. Parking was a nightmare because there was an event on in the complex next door, so spaces were taken up by people at that venue. Looking for a park and having to park away in the rain was bothersome.

The hotel was close to the venue I was attending. The meal in the restaurant was very good. Room was clean and comfortable.

I would have like to have some sheer curtains at the windows. On the roadside the bottom level of rooms face out to the footpath and road and it was not comfortable walking past and seeing into bedrooms and if that had been my room that would have been very uncomfortable. Not good for someone working in their room and still wanting daylight and not block out curtains.

I mistakenly booked the wrong room and hadn't realized until check in- the staff were so lovely I requested a slightly bigger room and they upgraded for a small fee. I was more than happy to pay. This hotel was situated in the perfect place for our trip as it was central to the places we were visiting. Breakfast was nice. This is our second stay and would definitely stay again. great value for money here

Buffett style breakfast was nice however we came in a little later in the morning (8.45am) and the hot food was running very low. although staff were poppin in and out with clean plates cutlery and cups a man had to actually ask them to top up the food (we were too shy to ask). Top ups on hot food was rather slow, there were a few people waiting a while. A very minor problem here but just mentioning it for improvement.

I had a late arrival (close to midnight) and the after hours service was fantastic. No issue and talked me through the process of collecting the swipe card from the lock box - so great customer service. The location is excellent for Manukau City, close to Westfield Mall Shopping Centre for all amenities. Easy to get to Court House as well. Parking great and heaps available for all large vehicles. Felt safe. No issues to find unit easily. Room was comfortable and clean, a bit dated and needs a spruce it’s not 5 star by any means. But I would stay again if needed.

Room is a bit dated (stayed room 313) and a tad smelly. Bed was way too soft like the mattress has been lived in for YEARS. The dip nearly swallowed me on the right side (lol). Breakfast was decent, I got there at 6:45 and food was already getting cold, the Buffett burners need constant heat. Hot drinks (tea and coffee) had to be paid for? Really? Paying for hot water? If you can supply them in the rooms then you should have tea and coffee and an urn downstairs for the breakfast available. Do better guys.

The buffet breakfast was a very nice surprise (as I and others in my group hadn’t realised that it was included in the room charge; fortunately reception staff told us on arrival.) There was ample free parking. It was right on the doorstep of the event centre where we were attending a conference. Also not far from the airport.

There was nothing much that I didn’t like. The standard rooms were small but adequate; bathroom (shower only) was quite tight, especially the toilet/door situation. Only one towel per person provided, no hand towel, no face washer (would have liked these) and no daily servicing of the room (which I didn’t really care about, just thought that it would occur.)

We recently stayed at the Ramada Suites by Wyndham Auckland Manukau Pacific Centre and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location was a highlight, especially for us, as we were attending an event at the Dew Drop Events Centre, conveniently right next door. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and came with complimentary toiletries, and we appreciated small conveniences like the mini fridge and kettle.

The only thing that could have improved our stay was if there had been an additional staff member to assist the lady at the front desk during check-ins and check-outs, as there were quite a few people waiting.
