Great price, great location, staff were very helpful. I phoned for milk but didn't realise there was creamer which was a better alternative. Nice modern bathroom. We had a lot of sun light in our room and a ranch slider door. It was great to have a carpark right beside our room. I would recommend and will stay again next time I am in Auckland.

TV was a bit small but we were there to sleep as early international flight the next morning. Grounds were a bit un tidy, but I am not complaining as it did not affect our stay.

I really like the size of the rooms & its cleanliness. Beds were comfortable & sheets were very clean. Also you can guarantee that your rooms will be cleaned every day regardless of the time and as long as it put the clean sign outside your door!

Doors were always kept open especially at night leaving the whole corridor very cold. I found the reception area very cold as well. One would expect it to be warm especially during the winter months. Carpet along corridors looks old and with a newer one it will make the place looks much nicer. Would appreciate if rooms had a microwave & own iron.

Firstly, airport shuttle was extremely good which made it a convenient location, so close to the airport and value for money. All front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and my room was extremely clean.

I did need breakfast. My first night, I arrived close to midnight from Sydney. I did know breakfast wasn't served by I had no chance to get anything so late and no shop nearby in walking distance as I found next morning.

Basic room, suitable for my family. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed for the 11 nights we were there. The room we stayed in room 321 had heating, aircon, small fridge, kettle, microwave, mini sized body wash, storage and drawers, toilet paper, small tv, fresh towels delivered to room everyday. We would've loved a toaster but it was fine, we made do. The shower pressure was super strong, like water blast strong if you don't mind it then you'll be fine. The phone in the room didn't work, we didn't mind as the front desk was only a short walk away and we had our mobiles to call upfront if we needed to. It was nice to open up the sliding door to the outside garden esp on a nice day. Wifi kept dropping out on the first few days, we let the front reception know and she sorted it for us. The location was perfect, 10mins from the airport, off the main road and close to the shops, town center and freeway. There's a small laundry room, washing machines are coin operated, $4 per wash etc. We didn't use the washing machines, it was too small for our load and wanted to wash everything at once so we popped down to the laundromat which is less than 5mins drive away. Our stay was comfortable, we felt safe and there are cameras out in the hallway/ foyer also a locked gate in and out of the carpark with access using your room card. Area and carpark was well lit and we were in and out all hours of the day and night. The housekeepers were lovely, kind and always had a smile, we didn't at all feel like we were asking for too much. Our room was serviced, when we put the sign on door (on our way out) and when we needed something they were always happy to help. Give them a bonus they deserve it! It was nice to come back to a fresh clean room after a long day. The language barrier was a little difficult to communicate to the housekeepers, it was fine as there was always someone on hand to explain.

The free airport shuttle was very convenient. I got picked up within a relatively short time from calling the hotel in a clean and comfortable van. Drop off was also hassle free within 20 minutes from hotel to airport. Location is very convenient if you like to go somewhere using public transport as the bus stops were within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was efficiently done. Strong hot water in shower. Clean bathroom with a techie mirror. Adequate towels. Clean rooms. Additional heater available. maybe check the cups/glasses, rinse before using as I noticed some dust but not really a big deal. Has an electric kettle and fridge along with complimentary coffee and tea. Wifi is good. A TV with local channels.

I got confused going to my room. Maybe a map to go along with the check-in details would help. A trolley if you have many heavy luggage would be great

Convenience of location, Airport shuttle, Onsite restaurant, Car parking, Cleanliness of my room, Polite, friendly & helpful staff. After a long days drive, all these things assisted me greatly during my recent overnight stay

I have stayed here in the past and after staying here once again I was highly impressed with renovations that have been done. Obviously the place has new owners and slowly their working their way through all the rooms with Renovations. I stayed in a deluxe double room and it had been recently renovated I would say. Having the air conditioning unit for the heat pump was awesome. And the pressure of the shower! I tell ya it was just like having a massage. And would have to be the best pressure I've had from a shower in any motel.

To be honest this time around I couldn't fault the place it was clean tidy the stuff were great the room was nice I was comfortable and happy. If I had to fault anything it would be something as small as the security gate on exit didn't open haha. Once I handed in my room card I actually couldn't get out. So not a big deal to be honest.

Dinner of butter chicken was not of a good standard at all, a glass of wine is expensive and the doors that slam in the corridors not great for sleeping

I was really impressed with the impeccable service and highly-efficient running of this place. The airport pick-up and drop-off both went really smoothly for me, and considering the number of rooms and the number of guests they must have coming in and out, this was really impressive. Although it was busy, my room was really quiet and had excellent soundproofing. It was also brilliantly equipped so that I could have a very comfortable self-catered stay. Thank you for not only a smooth airport connection in Auckland, but also for a really comfortable and peaceful stay.

Shuttle pick up and drop off service is excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and good-sized room. Great value for money.

The bathroom was clean but could do with a bit of an upgrade.
