I loved staying here they are close to everything and the area is beautiful the staff were so welcoming and accomodating. The hospitality staff is also very prompt in cleaning and updating the sheets. I had to change my booking multiple times to add additional people and the staff were so quick to act. They also upgraded my room. The free shuttle was so perfect for me and my family Thankyou so much for ur service.

I would rate it 10/10 however the motel gate wasn't open so there was a weird entrance to the parking which if ur driving a small rental car or a low level car the speedbump can be difficult to drive over. There was a regular noise coming from the neighbors at night like loud music.

Great room, very clean and tidy. Very homely and spacious.

The receptionist was very short with his temper. Right from the beginning, his body language and facial expressions were not very welcoming. He looked at me as if to say “what are you doing here?” I felt extremely uncomfortable and became annoyed with him. When requesting my licence, I couldn’t understand him and asked him to repeat himself which he clearly did not like being asked to do. Overall, very poor people skills and in my professional opinion, needs to do some professional learning on how to communicate with customers. I was very reluctant to stay another night here. Thankfully I had only booked one night and went further up the road to Naumi where their customer services was great!

Quicker shuttle from airport

Proximity to Airport and the intended place of my visit, easy to get to the airport early in the morning, the motel is in a resort type set up, which is good for family stay & transit to international.

Ventilation in the toilet is not that good, only a small window with natural air circulation, better if a small ventilation fan is provided. With multiple guest, it becomes a problem obviously. Door and almirah handle have seems to be damaged for ages, not fixed or not maintained properly.

It was a good deal for the few hours we needed to be there, and to be able to catch the very handy and free Shuttle bus to the airport early morning 4.30am... Excellent service and on time. Good sized room and all we needed to eat, shower and sleep.

Unfortunately someone sometime had ripped all bathroom, rails etc from the walls so it looked a bit untidy or unkept but ir was clean enough and everything else worked well ...plenty hot water. Appreciate these damage issues can't be fixed over night. Only comment would be that it was very hard to find our room in the dark ... a little more lighting around the many pathways to the units and a light over the lists of numbers e en would help guide the way!!

Very close to the airport, with a shuttle bus every half hour. The bed was comfy and it was nice to have a doorway out onto a grassed lawn.

My dinner was very ordinary. I had the roast lamb... the meat was obviously reheated so a little tough, the mixed veges were of the frozen packet variety and had been microwaved, and the roast potatoes were tasty, but oily. My partner had the seafood platter and was very satisfied. We had opted for the included breakfast, but when I got to the restaurant, I wasn't informed if it included the hot options which had to be ordered, so I just had the cold buffet. Staff members seem a little distant.

This morning I'm not happy for what the 2 cleaners did to us we haven't finished check out from the room 405 and is not time yet for us to check out but we take all our stuff to our car I tell the Indian man we haven't finish take our stuff from the room but it 8:30am I put my son drinks in the kitchen I drop our stuff my car when we come back to pick up my son drinks they already put all my son drinks to the trash bin and I'm not happy for there services they shouldn't go in to the room until we take all our stuff

We needed a family room for one whilst in transit - it was everything we needed and more. No shops were local and we’d arrived at Auckland International Airport in the evening so had no milk for the baby. Staff at the motel were very generous and filled the baby’s bottle three times without charging us. Staff were friendly and accommodating- restaurant facilities were excellent. Complimentary shuttle from the airport was a real bonus. Would definitely stay again - thank you very much for the hospitality.

Facilities and staff were great, onsite restaurant was lovely to have and the food was also great The bus to and from airport was very easy to navigate and super handy and regular so you don’t have to wait for ages on either end

The room was perfectly what a traveller needs before or after a long (or short) flight But the bathroom was a let down, the toilet moved assumably not secured to the floor adequately and the shower was sad at best with rapidly fluctuating temperatures and absolute minimal pressure/water flow

Great value for money and location near event we were attending. Lots of parking. Hubby enjoyed the restaurant (I didn’t eat there as wasn’t hungry)

Couldn’t adjust the shower head so I could shower properly- we’re short and had to stand in the corner on the raised bit to get wet otherwise the water was going right over our heads. High step into the shower no good for elderly or those with joint problems. Couldn’t hear the sky Rugby game over the music from the restaurant
