Family of three absolutely loved our room well maintained, the lady that serviced our room can't remember her name Nasseen i think, she was absolutely lovely. Arrival shuttle directions, was spot on thank you so much. Had breakfast elsewhere Thank you for a lovely stay❤️❤️

My husband and I was turned off by one staff not sure if she was housekeeping supervisor or front office staff, in the future try and show better communication to inhouse guests instead of saying; What do you want me to do? As a receptionist myself I believe it's your duty as front office staff or supervisors to handle and answer all inquiries from all inhouse guests.

Shuttle service let me down twice. Drove straight past guests waiting on Monday night 17/7/23 between 7 and 8pm. One passenger phd the hotel who contacted the driver to turn around and pick us up, we waited 40 minutes. Shuttle booked for 4.30am Tuesday 18/7/23 but didn’t show so I grabbed an Uber for $13. Very unimpressed!!! Unfortunately ruined an otherwise pleasant stay - $285 to include “free” shuttle and only 8 hours in the room.

Easy and quick check in . All staff were excellent. Room fine for overnight stay and easy access to airport with a shuttle. Selection of food available to buy was excellent. We had dinner from the bar menu which was very good, perhaps a little pricey! The hotel was quiet, bed comfortable and I like how you could open a window if wanted .

Close to the airport with free shuttle service every half an hour. Staff very friendly and accomodating (asked for a late check out for 3 rooms/ griup booking). Good restaurant and bar. Great breakfast

Check in took some time, they were booked out that night. Regarding booking.com: payment at the facility made difficult. We had booked several rooms under one booking but needed to pay each room separately. But when doing so, booking.com blocks the card as potential fraud as the same payment is made a number of times. The lovely manager at the hotel had a work-around and helped us out

Have stayed before and booked thru Booking.com each time, every other time if you stayed there and again on your return you could leave your car there for free. This time if you booked thru a third party and not the hotel you pay $8.00 after a long discussion the hotel finally refunded the 2 nights we stayed... Apparently it's In very fine print somewhere on their website. Over the last 12 years, I have stayed many times, and all the nights your car stays up to 10 days is free. Not happy!!

Clean, tidy. Nice having restaurant so could get late dinner after late arrival flight.Room faced street but double glazing meant did not hear any noise. Would stay there again.

Extremely poor, out of date shuttle bus location instructions once landed at Akld airport. Email did not have map/illustration given, large areas blocked off due to building work + no signs at airport matching description in email. Rang hotel, they could not give clear instructions either. Strongly suggest staff member goes down there + takes photos + updates instructions on where to find bus to send to clients. (+ regularly review these for airport changes). Not everyone knows Akld airport/layout. Two other groups were having as much trouble as us finding where to go for pickup.

The staff was amazing...behind the desk, shuttle drivers, in the dining room. Very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was excellent.

We went down to have bite to eat just after 10:00 am knowing that the breakfast buffet was over at 10. We didn't want the breakfast buffet and wanted something from the menu. We are pretty sure we saw it printed that we could order something from the menu after 10. When we got to the dining room, we were told that we would have to wait until 11. It was not a problem for us, but I think it's important that posted information is accurate,

We arrived late at night and when we rang through, a shuttle picked us up. Our room was immaculately set up. After a long-haul flight, we were able to have a cuppa and a lovely shower and then collapse into a very comfortable bed for a good sleep.

When we checked in and booked a shuttle for the morning, it wasn't made clear to us that the daytime shuttles operate on a 30 minute cycle, so in the morning when we realised we needed to adjust our timing slightly, we were suddenly faced with about 10 minutes to get ourselves down for the earlier shuttle.

Having a free shuttle to and from the airport was a huge bonus for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a glass of wine in the outdoor seating area of the bar. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, just checking in, arranging for the morning shuttle, and looking at the restaurant menu, but everyone was nice and efficient.

It's was really difficult to find an electrical outlet in the room. All the outlets seem to be out of sight, either under the desk in the room or under the vanity in the bathroom. A minor thing, but kind of annoying for people like us who were trying to get phones charged up for a long flight on the following day.

Location is great and easy to get to. Lots of free onsite parking which is super helpful. Room was large and spacious, and the bed and pillows were amazing and very comfortable. Decor in room was tasteful. The capsule coffee machine in the room was a nice touch as were the complementary biscuits.

Power points were in very hard to reach and odd places, making it very difficult to connect electrical appliances. Not sure what was going on upstairs from my room but lots of banging and moving around of chairs or tables which was quiet disturbing since I was trying to get an early night.
