Everything except the little thing I'm going to say on the next question. Love the space and affordable price 😊. Love the security/scanning on doors, makes it feels extra safe. Locating close to gas station store is great. Could be my main accommodation whe. Traveling alone to Auckland. Close to places that I always needs to go to when Im in Auckland. Clean and confortable room too

-The pillows 😁 too soft and only one per person. Wouldve fine if only one pillow but a good quality thick one. 🙏 but since it's very soft and flat, would have been great to have 2 then. - Don't really like the bonding request when checked in. Didn't read anything like that when booking, and I have to give the credit card to another person/staff to fill in the papers for bond, this makes me uncomfortable and worried about hacking of credit card etc.

Great place to stay for decent price. Nice place for a night stay - room was warm once we turned on the heater pump provided. Felt safe and secure place to stay as you need a tag swipe to go through each door.

There was no proper cover for bed, it was just the inner which I found weird? And only 2 flat pillows on the queen size bed. There was a door in room that had sign "only management can open this door".... odd to have a random room and door in your room that you don't have access to?

everything..... clean room and I loved my stay there....

my only down fall was the parking.... wasn't enough parking more cars than usual..... so we had to wait midnight for a parking before we went in.... that was the first night.... had problems looking for a parking spot wasn't sure 2nd night was good though found a parking no sweat.... maybe make it more accessible for disabled people as I had my cousin with me the 2nights.... but we made it work.... end of it she enjoyed her stay with me while being there for a funeral....

We had to change our room as the booking.com details of the room's configuration didn't match the actual room. However, the lovely lady at reception was able to put us in another room that better suited our family of four. A clean and tidy room. Big bathroom and bath. Good value for money.

Located on Great South Road so there was noise from the traffic which is not surprising and didn't bother us, but good for others to know.

We needed a place reasonably near to Campbell road. This was about 10 - 15 minutes from there, and easy enough to navigate. The room was delightful and just what we needed. The largely Tongan nature of the nearby shopping centre was fascinating.

There was a bit of nearby street noise in the evening, but that settled down by 10pm, so fine. The shower fitting fell apart while i was having a shower. It was easy to put right, but could do with attention.

The staff were very helpful and accomodating. They went out of their way to stay up and meet our late check-in time, as we were at the hospital with sick family and had odd hours of getting back to the room. As we were staying with my dying mother at the hospital, we didn't know if we would need to stay or not. We ended up staying four nights, and the staff were able to accomodate us in the same room for the whole time and were really kind and understanding about the situation which helped a lot knowing we had a known place to return to each night. We had parking on site. We were in close proximity to the hospital. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Very good security and the location was nice and quiet.

There were only fast food places nearby- no restaurants (that we found) and the rooms were a touch dated but the staff were so helpful that it was easy to overlook any negatives.

Everything was good. The room was clean, tidy, not really noisy, beds were great to sleep in, the air con machine worked perfectly, great security, owners were great to talk to.

The bathroom fan was ok but could be stronger, the microwave needs to be lowered for shorter people to use safely. Needs a freezer if people have freezer bricks when bringing their own cold stuff and need the bricks on the return trip.

It was close to where I needed to be.

The staff are super kind, the rooms are exactly what you pay for. It was really convenient for me and my girls, we were attending a warriors game so the location was extremely convenient. We lived off of door dash and shops being so close the food was delivered super easy.

Good location , the room is a good space bed room and a bathroom fee car park, housekeeping services is perfect

Only one thing I was staying in a room 24 one of the windows in a bedroom room I can’t close need be fixed from maintenance department

My family were actually pleasantly surprised with our room. We booked the family room. Had correct bedding for us. It was clean, spacious warm and quiet. Good price and close to where we needed to go. Lots of food options close by. Plenty of free parking.
