3 Bedrooms unit was a mini house, plenty of space! Great value. Access via lockbox super easy. Our unit was furtherest away from busy Friday night road noise. Appreciated the lounge space and smart tv, well equipped kitchen and an extra Queen in the lounge, as well as 3 doubles/Queen in the bedrooms. Beds were firm and comfortable. 1.5 bathrooms another bonus. Good shower pressure and sparkly clean bathrooms. Proprietors made extra effort with a choice of kitchen and toiletry supplies. Glad for heat pump which worked well, cosy back yard view, full sunlight in the morning. Very clean! Felt off road parking was safe, convenience outlets and supermarket nearby. Laundromat, BP fuel station, McD's two houses away. South Auckland location but very ok. Nearby access to Motoway ramps, relatively close to Akl Airports. Will definitely will stay again.

The location was awesome, in walking distance to McDonald's, gas station, laundry, takeaways, burger king, liquor stores. The unit is beautiful and a good size for a family. The traffic didn't bother us but understandable being on a main road. Would love to rent a unit like that its the perfect size. Beds were comfortable and warm. Thank you for having us.

The flies in the unit. The front door banging in the wind all night. Should put a shelf or table in the kitchen beside the fridge to put shopping bags and food on.

As a last minute getaway I did a surprise anniversary for my partner here for my 5 year anniversary, definitely happy and affortable. Mark (owner)was very accommodating with requests as i needed to make sure cleaning tools were available. I decorated the rooms to make it look like a hotel stay.Loved how convenient everything was, especially the weighted blankets, beds were not as hard as other reviews said, but i guess to each thier own.

Unfortunately although everything was great just a few things. The stove takes a long time to heat up, had to get a table top cooker in order to cook meals. If youre not going to make meals then this would be perfect. Bathroom just needs a good scrub between the taps lil mould buildup and inside of sink also. But I would definitely stay again. Oh and yes the road noise damn haha they be rumbling the damn place, but to be expected.

Easy to find! Lots of parking. Simplicity of check-in was mint! Close to petrol station with a supermarket just down the road. The back door was a more private entry for the unit we were in and direct to our carpark. The unit was clean and fresh looking. Very basic but pleasant. Lots of extra bedding and pillows.

Another couch and a coffee table wouldn't go a miss, though the space in the lounge area enabled us to unpack and re pack with ease. The little ones were also able to lounge around on the floor. No dinner plates, though eating from bread plates was fun. No baking trays or oven dishes in the oven, but we used the pot and x2 frying pans, which did the trick. Ice tray had cordial or something in there. A broom and dust pan would've been handy to clean up a little after ourselves, especially with carpet under the dining table and littlies in our party.

Just wow felt very much at home, so cosy, clean and spacious. We booked for 8 people which accommodated our family perfect. Comes with a bassinet and/or cot on request. Nice big backyard, amenities right next door and bus stop outside. It is a quiet area but mind the cars that drive past blasting their music. Lovely home with everything you need. Staff are oh so friendly if you need anything they will help. There is no reception but they are a phone call away. Overall satisfied with our stay at Ali MOTEL. Thank you so much.

The place was lovely - Set up very well with great facilities, good parking, nice layout etc. Was nicer than the pictures show - Easy collecting keys at the front door without having to speak to anyone directly. I liked that their was spare bedding and pillows

A little noisey next to the road but that cannot be helped. Towels could use a little bleach - clean, but a bit stained. Beds are a bit hard, but still nice

This is our second stay. Great location and close to where we need to be. Excellent parking. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable chairs, beds and dinner table. We stayed in room 1 this time, closer to the road so if you don't like too much traffic it will bother you because this is on a main road. They have recycle and rubbish bins outside and safe parking out your door. Lots of shops, eateries within walking distance ie McDonalds and BP station, Supermarket down the road and takeaways...also 5 min drive either way to Papatoetoe (night market) Otara and Mangere markets on Saturdays. We were commuting back and forth from Botany, Onehunga, Manukau, Newmarket and Titirangi - very easy access to motorways and to the airport. First choice for my family if you don't need to be based in Auck CBD. Safe, convenient and value for money. Also, lovely hosts who we met on our first visit, didn't see them this time.

Need a bathroom bin. Mirror would be good in the room. (Room 1, two bedroom) Noisy guests - not the owners fault but we had guests next door smoking pot outside their room and in the shared carpark. Not an issue for me, but I was travelling with my 14yr old. Thankfully we were not there long enough during the day to put up with it. I'm not a smoker, but perhaps empty ashtrays on the table outside or remind guests to use their own outdoor area. Just minor stuff to improve but otherwise great place to stay.

Location is good. Plenty of shops within 2 blocks radius. Maccas, bp station, bakery, shopping centre. Didn't get to meet staff because we came in late but checking in was smooth. Parking on site not street parking. Basic amenities provided which was good if you are not fussy. Less toiletries to bring. Water is strong. Good hot water shower. The only thing was there were fireworks until 9pm from the area. Unsure which neighbour. But that has nothing to do with the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Hi I have tried to reply to your message and it won't let me thus is the onky way I can. So the key is under the mat. My daughter couldn't figger it out I'm sorry. They loved the place really wasn't anything to complain about

Cleanliness, comfort and location. Hosts were very friendly and went out the way to make us comfortable. Very spacious, had everything we needed and very comfortable beds, modern bathroom - good quality toilet paper! Netflix was a plus! Location was great for where we needed to be. Launderette 20 meters down the road and very handy to shops and supermarket, petrol station and fast food restaurants. Plenty of parking space as well and we had a big van, so there was no issue finding a park and also very safe. We will definitely return to this property. Thank you for accommodating us.
