Its really great value for the price, we were there in a large group and so the 3 bedroom suite was perfect. It had everything we needed, and it included a light breakfast.

If I had to say something, it would have to be that the rooms are a little out dated and the private ourdoor area outside our room was dirty and had an empty alcahol box with bottles in it. Just wasnt a good look as we were there with small children. When we told the staff, they didnt offer to remove it and so that was a bit if a bummer.

Room was good. Staff at reception were nice. staff in restaurant very unprofessional. I work in hospitality myself and yelling at staff especially in another language infront of customers not professional. Pasta I got I give it 3/10. when I warmed it up the next day the egg in it scrambled. Gross. Waited one hour for pasta and chips. I complained about it and the guy came and told me that they don’t open till 5 but it was 4:30 when the receptionist told us we could go in and order. I would’ve waited that extra half an hour so everything could’ve been ready and on but I wasn’t told.

As ALWAYS check in was speedy kwik with their awesome 👌 reception team. Each and EVERY one of them are ALWAYS approachable when accommodating to your needs. This is one of the reasons we keep returning. We had an early morning flight and caught the EVER-SO-CONVENIENT yellow bus that gets you to the airport on time ..EVERYTIME. Beds r always comfy and rooms are ALWAYS clean and tidy. If you're lucky enough to book one of their suites then prepare to NOT want to leave as they're well equipped with essentials and right next to the in-house bar & restaurant.

The only dislike I had this time, and undoubtedly MY OWN FAULT, was forgetting about the beautiful breakfast spread thats available to ALL guests every morning. We left at the crack of dawn, and will be leaving at a MUCH later time in the future.

Location os excellent especially for late arriving flights or leaving early; but also access to major highways. 24 hr desk is handy. I have stayed here quite a few times and suits me well for the tings I need to do in Auckland.

It can be pretty noisy. There are quite a few flights which come in 1am and for some reason people who come in on these flights like to have long loud conversation in the corridors outside people's rooms. It can go on for 10-15mins in the middle of the night. There is no internal phone so you can't ring reception. If you ring the hotel's number, it goes through to some hotel group so you can't talk to your own hotel reception.

Was little disappointed as we arrived for check in at 1am in the morning ( as I just arrive & I was too tried from my long flight from home ) but too bad the rooms was all full. I don't blame you but I guess it was a missed communication as I already knew the checking in time & checking out time. I already inform in my booking that we will arrive 1-2am ! What if I was told or someone msg up back so we can figure out something or look for another place. So we went back that night & come back again at checking in time on the other day. But overall we love it there. Thanks

Likes- It has almost everything for the budget traveller, always clean and tidy. If we needed something it was provided. Friendly, helpful staff with a 24 hr reception. In house restaurant with food/drinks competitively priced. A car rental next door, others nearby. Great location close to the Auckland Airport with a free shuttle bus drop off/pick up at the door (pick up/ drop off at stop 4 at International terminal). Dislikes- Decor is a bit tired and could do with a freshen up, however you pay for what you get. We weren’t staying at the Taj Mahal.

Restaurant on site though it's not cheap. 5 minutes walk however there's a bakehouse with great hot and cold food, much cheaper. Also next to that is a liquor store supermarket and chemist. Good size room, comfy bed, great shower. I prefer this to all the other Auckland airport hotels I've tried. It's the best value for money.

I stayed 3 days. Asked for room clean but didn't get it even though they wrote it down. The cleaner doesn't speak English so that was frustrating but he was very sweet and apologetic. Leak in shower, water everywhere in room 103, needs resealing. They wrote that down too but it was not fixed during my stay.

loved the bed couldnt watch netflix only ordinary channels but thats ok was warm and cozy would. The price for what we got was absolutley awesome i would highly reccommend this place to anyone looking for accommadation. they have breakfast available for 15.00 plus if you want continential thats extra. loved my breakfast.

a big truck and trailer parked infront of my room and took uo 3 carparks so i had to park mine at the back where i couldnt see my car. told the receptionist but nothing was done. the contractors should park in the front

I love my room, it's bigger than I thought. The bed is very comfy and the check in process is easy. The yellow bus the hotel provides also very reliable, even I have a very early flight. It's very recommended for people who wanted to have short stay for catching the airport in the morning. It's also very quiet.

I once called the receptionist because the TV on my room didn't work and the receptionist say that she will send someone to my room to fix it but they never came. Also there is no receptionist early in the morning, so if you needed something early in the morning it will be hard. I recommend if you want to book the bus early in the morning, book at the night before instead of the morning.

The price was excellent for the size of the room and facilities. Although the rooms are a little dated and could do with some upgrade in some areas, the spacious rooms and facilities in the room and on site are great. We always stay here and will return again. There is a restaurant on site for convenience and the food is reasonably priced. Also a launderette on site and there was a microwave in our room. The beds are comfortable and the airport bus picks up and drops off at this hotel.

We did have to ask for another mug and a spoon to make coffee, and the shampoo in the shower wasn't filled up. It was like the room hadn't been properly serviced and replenished. Having said that, we were able to access our room 2 hours before the check in time and I was really happy about that so no complaints there. The only real complaint I have was that we went to sleep at 9 pm because we had to be up at 3.30 am for an early morning flight and at 9.45 pm, a staff member was knocking on our door, and woke us up to offer us clean towels which we didn't need. We also already had clean towels delivered earlier in the day. That needs sorting out as it was an unnecessary wake up and disruption to our sleep.
