Stay here regularly as we like the funkyness of the interior decor.Breakfast is always great as the buffet has a good variety of food.

Ashame that all the little extras are slowly disappearing.Like it use to offer free parking now 10bucks a night.Free snacks in the room have now completely vanished, from a great range to just free cans of softdrink to now nothing.Fully understand they are all extra cost and most guest won't realize but regular stayers do. Also take note that the creditcard deposit they take actually gets refunded if you prepaid your booking.Took me 3 calls, 3 emails, hopefully it has been resolved after 20 days.

It wasn't far from the places we needed to be & also was nice and close to town and shopping centres.

When we first got into our room the bathroom floor looked as if it hadn't been mopped as it still had water on the floor and shoe marks, there was also a drink bottle on our counter that didnt belong to any of us. I think for the amount we paid as we got 2 rooms to cater to 7 of us, the least we could have was a clean room without someone elses used drink bottle.

Easy check-in with easy accessible parking. Nice decor throughout the whole hotel.

The restaurant food was not great. The food came out very fast and it felt like it had been blasted through a microwave and tasted greasy and re-heated.

We really enjoyed our 1 week stay! The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a great variety of room options that suited our family perfectly. The family-friendly facilities were a big plus, and the convenient location made getting around easy via shuttle and car hire. We also loved the quirky design touches that gave the hotel a unique charm. Most of all, the staff were excellent — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

While we had a lovely stay overall, there were a few aspects that could be improved to enhance the experience. The breakfast finishing at 9:30am felt a little early, especially for families hoping to enjoy a sleep-in. The buffet itself could benefit from more variety and quality. The bathroom layout was a little awkward, with the toilet positioned directly behind the door, and the TVs had very limited channels. Mounting the TVs on the wall could also help free up valuable surface space. Given that the rooms didn’t have tables to comfortably seat more than one person, it would be great to see more casual seating and tables available in communal areas for families or groups to gather.

Spaciousness and presentation, visually appealing!. Busy yet not crowded. Staff attentive to requests - needed more pool towels as only one out and even moved room without asking on check in to save walking so far with my son. Check in and out smooth. Easy car parking. Vending machines with good snack options when you just need a little something.

The shower looked stylish but the shower screen wasn't long enough when using the rain head in it. Bathroom became a wet room! No option other than buffet breakfast - and no child price. But that seems to be standard unfortunately at hotels these days.

Very comfy beds, room was very clean and tidy. Great facilities. Nice relaxing lounge areas. Pool was great. Gym was good. Great location for the airport. Value for money. Restaurant food was good. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful whilst walking around the hotel.

Not a biggie but it left a slight bad taste on our experience and we had had such a different experience on previous visit. Restaurant was very understaffed. Our order took quite awhile and we were left with dirty dishes on the table the entire meal. Dirty dinner plates were left on the table whilst we ate our desserts. 2nd drinks were not offered we had to go to the bar. Restaurant staff & bar staff were not very friendly. (and no it wasn't us) I know it can sometimes go both ways but we were very easy customers, we just wanted to enjoy our last night dining with our Mum whom we were visiting in NZ.

We booked for a birthday staycation and this hotel exceeded our expectations. From arrival, we were blown away by the facilities at this beautiful boutique hotel. There was some type of exhibition or art all over the place with write ups about the artists. It just added a touch of class and uniqueness . All the staff were awesome! We needed help with the self check in as it was our first time going to a hotel with it, but after learning how to use it it was so easy to check out. We were gifted a bottle of wine for my birthday too which sealed the deal and has now made us big fans of Naomi. We look forward to returning for another amazing stay. There was cheaper alcohol for happy hour which was also very cool and the bar and restaurant area is insanely beautiful. Highly recommend this place to stay. It was easy to get my son to the airport too as he had a fight to catch. I hope to be back before my next birthday, however I will put it on my wish list for next year as it was a great weekend getaway. We didn’t have time to swim, but we did use the gym and found it to be one of the better ones at a hotel. Gorgeous equipment very clean and user-friendly.

I like the colourful decor of this hotel and the artworks in the lobby. The room was good: heating, bed comfy, WiFi. Service was very good and everybody was exceedingly friendly. There are no cooking or eating facilities in the room (no plates, no wine glasses) just tea and coffee making facilities. Unfortunately, the food that I had in the restaurant was not to my liking: the pork ribs were hard, the leaves of the caesar salad not cut, the lamb burger was boring. The head waiter told me that the fried rice and green curry was very popular but I do not like green curry - a red curry would be nice on the menu. He offered me a drink which I appreciated but I still hope that they improve the kitchen.

This is our third stay at Naumi and we have been pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided each time by the different team members we deal with ... clearly they are doing something right as we keep on coming back ✨ We always get the breakfast included so we can start the day right without hassle and their airport shuttle service helps get us to or from the airport at the start or end of our trips.

One thing different this trip was the charge for parking our rental vehicle which I have not paid in the past ... unsure when this change came about but it was affordable.

Friendly staff, even gave me a free room upgrade which was great with a massive bath and heated pool outside the balcony door. Excellent quality food which I could take to the room. There is a happy hour at the bar that goes for 2 HOURS and even includes spirits! The girl at reception saw us leave the bus in the rain with multiple bags and came rushing out with a trolley for us to put our bags onto, excellent service. Do not be concerned with a small deposit that needs to be submitted for the rooms before you book in. Over the last 5 stays, the deposit has been promptly returned, and on our last recent visit, was not even deducted from my account! Love their work. God bless their efforts, and thats from someone who is not even religious!!! Oh, and for just a $9 Uber trip, you can grab an excellent quality hire car from Apex car rentals, so that you can head straight down south to stop, just out of Auckland at Fish Faze fish and chip shop, to have a great oversized portion of seafood, great chips, and a too die for home made seafood chowder from their display fridge, which they will even heat up for you to have straight away.

I would loved to have stayed at least another two nights so we could enjoy the two hour happy hours, excellent food and a chance to dip into the, what looks like a heated swimming pool. or soak again in the OVERSIZED BATH TUB! in the upgraded room that was given to us for free!
