That we could leave our car parked safely for free while we flew overseas

That taxi wasn’t interested in taking us a short distance at 1am, but we got the airport bus to Holiday Inn and walked the short distance to Airport Manor

It was a cute property and the owners were very nice. The rooms were very clean and I felt very comfortable in them. The location is fine if you are staying there for a night or two after arriving in Auckland because it was so close to the airport. I would check out the wildlife area nearby. It is beautiful!

I thought it was a little more expensive than it should’ve been. I paid about 200 USD for 2 nights. 100$ a night. I didn’t think it was worth that much. Paying that much I thought it was going to be a little nicer. Maybe about half of that would’ve made more sense to me. I also was a solo traveler, and the room would’ve been much more affordable if I was with one or two other people. I would say it would be worth it if you were with at least another person!

Chose this motel because it had airport shuttle, both ways which suited my purposes. Contacting shuttle by phone proved to be an issue but it was resolved by airport help desk who phoned 3 times before phone was answered. I had tried 3 times before I sought out the HELP DESK. Might just be a once off issue & I mentioned it to owners/managers who thought that was unusual. All very pleasant about it all & return shuttle was on time so it finally worked out well.

Thought the $10 fee for one way from airport to Motel by shuttle was interesting. Blurb says free pickup from airport but there is adroit-off fee to your room. Return trip from motel to airport was free & right on time. It was terminology that wasn’t immediately easy to understand. Thought that by just saying it was $10 from airport to Motel & free to return to airport , that users would be better advised, but the $10 fee was never an issue.

Easy check in. The free pick up from Auckland airport was great and we arranged a drop off there for only $10 NZD which was great. We also left our car parked there for free for 3 days while we were away which was super handy. The room was big enough for 3 people and the bathroom was big with a decent shower. The room had AC and a nice little kitchenette. The staff were nice and helpful. Beds were comfy. It was good quality for the price.

We had some noisy neighbours arrive in the middle of the night but that can't be helped. There wasn't really enough toilet paper for 3 people but we had some with us so it wasn't a big deal.

Look above 6 ft at smoke alarm, need a good dusting, cobwebs etc. cigarette butts in outside room ashtray was over flowing , to their credit it was the only 1 of all the ones i saw, I hate dirty ashtrays Partner needed to be at airport at 0300, shuttle starts at 0400 ,I understand they can't offer 24/7 services, but there were at least 5 flights at that time

We had an international flight to catch the next morning so this was a perfect location. The free shuttle provided picked us up promptly after our arrival and we then took the return shuttle the next day, which at $10 for the two of us was excellent value. We dined at one of the nearby hotel restaurants but there were also takeaway options all within walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

As ever, a wonderful stay. Airport Manor Inn never disappoints and is always my first choice when staying close to the airport. Super comfy beds, lovely staff, quiet, awesome spa bath, quick and reliable airport transfers, and most importantly for me- great ventilation with the ability to open windows and get some fresh air (unlikely the stuffy high rise options at the airport).

Someone had turned the fridge to a freeze setting so my breakfast was frozen solid by morning. Really not a big deal though and easily fixed with the microwave!

Convenient location as close to the airport. Great shuttle service. Free airport pickup from 4am.. Airport drop off at a fee of $20. Airport taxi's discourage dropping off if hotels are close to the airport. Clean room and facilities. Washing machine and dryer provided at $2 per load. Iron free to use. Owner and staff helpful.

Got charged before checking in, even though I requested payment at property.

The bathroom was amazing. Larger than expected and exceptionally clean. The small kitchenette was well equipped.

The window would not lock open, and was banging most of the night, until we realised what was happening and closed it. This seemed to be a common problem as we could hear other windows doing the same thing. The pillows could have been softer.

The A+ service and convenience. Great accommodation. Vehicle storage - we were able to leave our vehicle whilst out of the country. Very affordable shuttle service, Great communication whilst we were out of the country. Going the extra mile as we. arrived back into the country after midnight we walked into a nice warm room. Heart Pump was on. We are ever so grateful especially since we came back from the cook islands to cold Aotearoa.
