Coffee to welcome n very friendly staff

Location was fairly close to the airport which was a priority for me. It was a last minute booking but thankfully there was availability, got a free upgrade and was checked in as smoothly as possible. The owner and his assistant were the kindest ever. Very humble, sweet and attentive human beings. They really care about making your stay as smooth as possible. Would absolutely come back!!

First time travellers from Australia to New Zealand. If we come back to NZ, I will definitely book here again. Shirley was so accommodating with our late check in, with fast communication in the days leading up to our trip to confirm. A lovely personalised note in our room. It felt safe, was so comfortable and clean and a good pressure shower can’t be beaten after a long trip.

Plenty of space, great kitchen with all the essentials. loved the little private garden with a table and chair set. Lots of little birds came down to feed on the bread crumbs I threw out. Not too far from Auckland city and also very close to the airport.

I like the privacy of my stay. My apartment was perfect I if I could have the same apartment in the future, I would choose that one.

Great location and good sized unit for our group of four.

The main road is close by but the traffic wasn’t too loud for a Saturday night.

The office staff are absolutely amazing people! The night before we stayed we were spending on Waiheke Island and needed somewhere to park the car whilst we were away. They let us leave it in the motel car park for free for the 48 hours we were on the island and then it was safely there when we came to check in. Also, they gave us an upgraded room which was bigger and had more space. We had a lovely hand written note in the room and some tasty snacks for when we arrived. Great location close to the airport which was perfect for what we needed (probably not a good choice for the city centre - it’s about an hour on public transport!). Kitchenette had everything we needed and the heat pump kept us nice and warm.

A little old and well-loved, but still perfect clean and lovely to stay in.

Clean and large room. Hot Chocolate was a bonus as I do not drink tea or coffee. The garden and fish pond is beautiful. Bed was great to sleep in, daily room service is a nice touch. Staff are super nice.

Not being able to get into my room at the designated time. Fairy lights outside my window flashing all night. Lights on outside all night and curtains not covering the window enough to block out light. I would suggest some hooks on the wall to help extend coverage.

Anthony, the owner greeted us upon arrival. What a friendly man. It was the little extras that he and his wife Shirley had chosen to include in the unit that made it special. My husband and I were each presented with a small pack of Chinese crackers. Loved the wall clock and the dining table with its cotton tablecloth. Coffee plunger was a bonus.
