Everything. When we first arrived we were greeted by the Rarotongan reception and we felt at home, we felt connected, we felt welcomed, we felt belong. We enjoyed the clean, free wifi, sky, shower, toilets, kitchen etc. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the sauna and swimming pools. Hut overall we liked everything about our room. Near everything we needed. Surely we will recommend the Manukau Motor Lodge to anyone to stay. We will surely come back and use this hotel to stay. The cleaners were so friendly. Love the customer service. Well done and keep up the amazing work. Wish all accommodations has your way of treating the customer. Best ever!

There is nothing we didn't like. We liked everything.

The house keeping crew are so lovely and really know how to do their work.As a client/customer they are the joy of the motel were they keep everything looking clean n wonderful.

Ididntunderstand the fine print when I went to check in it was our #2 time booking a room in less then 3month and I did the booking online which was cheaper and then being told I used a debt/visa card not a master Visa card and should have put a deposit $200 which throw me off.I told the front office lady that I didnt do that the #1time and that I didnt see that online and then near the end she then mention it should have been $300.....I told her what was it $200 or $300 it was abit tense.But hey I let that go may me think again about booking there in the near future....I paid so what was the problem.

Nice clean rooms, decent sized bathroom with really good shower. Enjoyed having a nice shower after a long day out and about. The location is on a very busy main road - but you don't hear anything inside your room. We found the staff (both reception staff and room attendants) excellent, super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again next time we are visiting Auckland.

Renovations were happening around the outside of the motel. So, it was a bit noisy during the day - however, we were out most of the day, so the renovations (drilling and hammering etc) would stop around 5pm and didn't bother us.

Room layout was neat and well presented. Convenient location, close to Woolworths and eateries. Slept in the single bed, which was comfortable and snug. Wi-Fi worked fine and was easy to get on to.

Bathroom vanity sink is well worn with marks and stains. I did find a scrap of food (Onion slice) on the floor under the desk beneath the TV. The bedside lamp needs to be changed as it falls over easily. I found the electric plug-in heater in the ward robe once I realised there was no heat pump, maybe a quick not in the guest book where it is, and any safety notes associated with its use.

The staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. The location was convenient to go eat or walking about the area. The kitchen was very handy and useful. Thank You for the great stay.

The internet wasn't good. The movie channel wasn't very stable. Whenever watching a movie the internet would stop the movie due to atmosphere conditions which made it very hard to watch the movie and relax.

Love the location convenient to everything shopping,food, town, supermarket,very good.

We Stayed for 4 nights. Thought they gona change bed sheets everyday but no. Didn't change them for our whole stay. They change towels everyday refill 🥛 coffee sugar very good 👍 hopefully they change bed sheets and put clean next time. Overall it's a nice clean place to stay 🤗

Loved the shower n bathroom/kitchen excellent....location very handy...kids loved the swimming pool, which helped to cool down on hot days...I enjoyed the sauna....beds clean n comfortable....friendly reception n housekeeping staff...able to have visiting family for a few hours before heading off to lunch n dinner...

Too hot in apartments even with fan on n doors open but that's Auckland weather for you!!! (Always windy in Wellington...lol) Big vehicles parked close to entrance n narrow to get past more ideal to park down the end of driveway with more space available to them... And that I/we didn't stay longer...lol!!!

We stayed in one of the spa bath units on the top floor, and it was a lovely surprise to see that the room was better than we expected. I told one of the staff this morning that the photos didnt do justice to the standard of cleanliness that was apparent when we arrived! Comfortable, spa bath was awesome, top notch clean and given its location pretty quiet but central to motorway access, shopping venues and various attractions and activities

The only whakaaro that my partner said would maybe come under this box, is that he thought an extra 40.00 cost to change to a late check out at 12pm (2 hours extra) was a bit steep considering total cost for our overnight stay. In comparison to other places with availability of similar room type / amenities etc etc, it was a little bit more costly but was perfect for where and what we needed

The kitchette and lounge area were great in our 2 bedroom unit, we had a touch team here so we were able to gather for meetings and then the boys went to their studio rooms. Handy to shops, takeaways and supermarkets. The ion site laundry was also very handy. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

That fact there is no air con :) although the fans are great, aircon would be amazing!

We got 3 twin room units for our whanau, which we throughly enjoyed. The staff from the get go at check in to the cleaning staff were so helpful, cheerful and on hand if need be. All the rooms were clean and tidy which is what you want when you have travelled all day. Highly recommend.
