Friendly and helpful staff including the cleaners. The first room we were allocated had no cooking facilities, so after enquiring about a loan for an electric frypan we were upgraded to the room next door with cooking facilities. My granddaughter and I were so happy and the room was so spacious. Very grateful, appreciative and thankful.

Very noisy guests. Woke my 9 year old autistic granddaughter up at 3am and I couldnt put her back to sleep till 5am, which was when they went quiet. Drinking and cars coming and going all night. Very inconsiderate of other guests sleeping.

Family of 3. Great friendly customer service. Plenty of close parking, with a good lit safe carpark. Good size room. There is plenty of space inside. All facilities, i.e., fan, heatpump, oven, and table and chairs available. Nice water pressure for shower. Supermarkets and shops and restaurants nearby. A great stay overall. We would happily return.

Maybe update the pots & and cutlery. Only missing a couch it would fit in nicely. Small things but a good stay. Thank you.

I liked my stay here... maybe a suggestion of putting some of those little cartons of milk in the fridges, would've been nice to have a coffee or tea when I arrived, wasn't a big deal for me but someone else might get frustrated with that 🤷

Due to sudden change to our travel schedule I booked this accommodation via booking.com the day before checkin. Called to confirm we were listed and the lovely lady at reception not only confirmed it, she also put us into a slightly larger room for families (5 of us in total). We also ended up needing to extend our stay and they sorted this for us easily. Staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room was the perfect size for our family, very clean comfy beds, working kitchen appliances that you need on short stays, super location near big shopping centre and places to visit with kids. We stayed at two other accommodations during our trip and this was by far our favourite.

No air-conditioning in rooms but fans were provided and did the job.

The price and location were great. We had an event and this motel was great for getting to and from it. The high pressure shower was so good especially with the hot summer. They were very accommodating at us arriving very early.

You get what you pay for, so the double bed was 2 singles together. Being summer it got hot and there was only a fan and the bathroom n blind had some mildew stains probable due to the changable Auckland weather.

I have stayed quite a few times now because of cost, location, clean facilities. Staff always friendly. For the price it is a great motel to stay in. I will definitely book this motel again when I am needing accommodation in Auckland.

A couple of times I have stayed they have run out of hot water in the morning. This has happened when the motel has been fully booked. I let the staff know on the last occasion it happened and they had informed owners. Hopefully the issue has been sorted.

Very tidy and clean. Staff we saw were friendly and polite. Good amenities and very good lighting. The location was excellent as it was very near the event we attended.

The shower - didnt run very well, but we loved the spa.

Look, every motel, hotel, a bed's a bed, shower's a shower. But NOTHING beats being welcomed to a place by a friendly smile, and a pleasant, kind and professional demeanour 💯. The young lad Matt, that I have had the privilege of dealing with in my stays, is that dude 🙂. From the moment I checked in and was greeted by reception (apologies I have forgotten the name of staff) but she was amazing and made my little break away from reality so smooth and enjoyable. I only booked for x1 night, however she assisted me following day by making it easier for me to check in for another night without hesitation etc. Although my break should have been 1 day, but this particular receptionist made me feel at home and it was a must that I stayed another night. Also compliments for the cleaning staff, amazing customer service. I am definitely returning not because of the motel, but because the amazing customer service I had received it felt as if I was on vacation in Fiji all over again with the bright smiles and lovely staff!

The staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was excellent. It was close to lots of shops, laundromat and supermarket. The kitchenette was great. We were able to save lots of money have a stove top and pots and a pan to cook with. We have already booked to stay again.

I have no complaints. It’s a great hotel and will be our third stay there.
