I really liked how staff asked if we needed service that day we were still in our room. But the next day when we were out, they made our bed, vacuumed, stocked up toilet paper and body soap that we needed and changed our rubbish linen and put milk in the fridge when we didn’t have any from when we first arrived which we were ok with. We didn’t have to use it. We were really happy with our stay and would like to thank you all for playing your part. We will remember the service and would come back to stay again in the near future.

Maybe at the start when checking in at reception - have a pamphlet handed to customer on what you offer, shows wifi password, and time of check-in and check-out. Even though it’s sent to the emails but just a thought that came to mind. I had to ring and ask for wifi password which someone delivered to our room and said we should’ve received from reception when we checked in which we didn’t receive. But all is good.

Spacious clean and tidy room and merchandise. Quiet space. Sliding door and having the sunshine into the room. Seeing an bride dressed in her attire.

Cold sleep, using the bathroom tap water for drinking water. Heat pump didn't work, cold room at night, light blankets. Having to use bathroom tap water for drinking and cleaning dishes was a first for me, we don't do that.

Stayed for Polyfest as a school trip. Staff were exceptional and super accomodating, allowed us to check in early, leave our bags on site and gave us a room to shower and change in due to weather. Would 100% recommend staying here and cannot wait to see all the rooms fully renovated. Teaching staff were upgraded and the new rooms are extremely high quality, exceeding expectations.

I like the custormer service is really good. the room is clean and room service was done every day. This hotel have a good workers and they done a good job.

I like everything about this hotel and i love to always go back there any time i have a vacation.

This facility has parts of the building getting renovated - this room was extremely nice considering other room we stayed in was old and smelt weird. It seems once it’s fully renovated it will be a lovely place to stay. This room was very nice

We were a bit taken aback on arrival. I think the outside needs a make over as it looks very depressing and plane Jane The main reception and hallway to the room needs vacuuming Apart from that the staff were lovely and friendly

Clean n tidy. Nice restaurant there lovely food. Close to Westfield Manukau, Airport and motorway. Friendly helpful staff. Value for money.

Location was great. Very close to Manukau 10pin. We brought 8 10pin players for a competition. They all agreed the showers were excellent and rooms clean and comfortable. They shared rooms.

Darkness of the hallways to rooms. The tiles in the bathroom a bit slippery for us elderly.
