We got upgraded to a 1-bedroom unit from a studio, which worked so well for us since my husband and I wake up at different times. The unit was quiet, well set up, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were decent, which we appreciated. One morning, we walked to Woolworths for some breakfast supplies. It's a pleasant 800m walk. We stayed for 2 nights while visiting family and would definitely use Touchwood Motor Inn again in the future

Couch in the lounge was not that comfortable but not a deal breaker.

Bed was good , Pillows were too fat for me , I like flat pillows. My husband loved the pillows so all good. I should have asked for a flat pillow. Room was clean , Shower roller on door a bit fidley , come loose, , need to put more milk in fridge ir a small bottle , the pottles do not hold much

need different or more milk in fridge This is not a coplainbt , just letting you know that when it rains , there is a drip outside the ranchslider on right hand of door that drives you nuts' I put a handtowel under it to muffle it .

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and well kept and very comfortable.Very close and easy access to city centre if you are familiar to the area. It was mine and my families 2nd time staying with touchwood and we all confirm we will be back..

The shower head in apartment 7 was loose/needs replacing. Kept slipping down/rubbers have gone in it. My partner stands at 6"3 and he had to manually hold the shower head to have a shower.. other then that everything else was excellent!!

The staff were amazing, the room was amazing for our little family of 5, we all had space, kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to cook, cleaning staff were great kept the place in order, location was perfect a quick 10min walk into the CBD and you had everything you needed from cafe's, bakeries, banks, movies, restaurants. A beautiful town. And location to beaches and waterfalls within 15min - 30mins radius.

That we had to leave

I didn't arrive until 7 pm, so the office was closed, but it was no time until I heard a cheery voice call out and direct me to my room for the night. The room was spotlessly clean, with a large, comfortable bed. It backed onto a lawn with fruit trees, which was lovely. It was easy to find and in a nice quiet location. I would definitely stay again if the need arose.

If I had one gripe, it's the use of room deoderiser, just because I am not a fan of the fragrance.

Nice room with everything we needed, and the aircon remote made it easy to adjust the temperature.

Everything was good apart from one little thing, the shower door leaked. Not a problem for us but we were aware it would be extra cleaning for the staff. One other thing we forgot to mention to the staff, the table light in the loungeroom flickered so either the bulb or lamp itself is faulty.

I liked the scenery outside of the room and how peaceful and respectful the neighbourhood was . There was absolutely no problems at all considering the last place we had stayed at wasn’t up to our standards for hygiene & clean wise . I enjoyed my space away and it was nice and close to the gym / basketball courts that I needed to be at the next day before 11am 🥰

Beds were comfortable very good location not far to travel for supermarket or restraunts to get some dinner. Staff were very friendly and I would diffently stay there again and would recommend to anyone. Loved the wide range of channels that you could get as not many hotel these days have all the sky channells usually only some.

Parking was abit restrictive and the shower could use a good cleaning. Television was abit small but I guess it was ok.

Location was convenient to the sports field where we were based for the week. We appreciated the room being serviced daily and new towels provided.

Would have loved a bath but was happy with the room. Possibly a TV in the bedroom as well. Wifi coverage in the room was poor.

We have stayed multiple times. It's in a great location, the staff are amazingly helpful, friendly and nothing is a problem with a smile. The rooms are clean, are of generous sizes, have air conditioning, sky that actually works, wifi, and stand alone showers not ones over a bath ( although we have also had a unit with a spa bath and seperate shower) Also own decent sized carpark included
