It was very clean. I had everything I needed and being able to park my car easily and close to my room too was really the icing on the cake.

The only thing that was strange to me was that there werent any batteries in the AC remote. I can understand there being a limit on AC use but it wouldve been nice to have the choice to use it when I needed it the most. This didnt bother me too much though.

Very clean, value for money, very central. Close to Manukau, Westfield shopping centre.

The pictures need an update. There is a black gate that covers the front of the palm trees. Unfortunately there was a prostitute standing in the front of the building when we arrived late at night from our flight. Although it is value for money, what they're not telling you is it's in the middle of a rundown area. I guess if we knew that before we wouldn't have booked. However price, cleanliness, excellent service and location outdo the other things.

Location was perfect, walking distance to the shops. Especially to the night market at Hunter Plaza carpark. Bed comfy and the room was cleaned with new towels daily. Check in was accommodating as we arrived at 1.30am.

Maybe have a bathroom exhaust fan. TV on the side wall but not major as we didn't use it much.

Clean, friendly staff, close to shops . Would surely stay here again and have informed my other families about the location and the facilities. Comfy bed , Shower was exceptional and Breakfast service was good . Great place to stay if any family function to attend .

3 things were missing in the Room Tissues Bottle water Air Freshener -in the toilet Also in the Hand Basin - water was flowing out very slowly. Need to have a Soap/Shampoo Dispenser in the bathroom -had to bend down

Checkin was fast, room was no so big but very clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Bath towel was clean and no bad smell in room, wash room was clean. walking distance to Hunters Plaza, and many shops near by.

i booked ground floor but was give room up strairs, but they changed my room the next day as per my booking.

When we travel, we generally pick simple places that meet the following criteria - clean, good hot water supply, good wifi, the option to make tea and a basic breakfast in the morning, and ideally quiet. This motel met all of those! It's also a 5-minute walk to the main street where you can get a bus that'll get you to the metro station or to an Airport Link bus station. In addition, there's a Countdown grocery store around the corner and a variety of places to eat - although the majority will be Indian fare. Being vegetarian, that was perfect for us.

Everything was great for our preferences. If you want a view or anything fancy, this wouldn't be the place.

The location was perfect The receptionist was a fantastic lady, welcomes us in a pleasant way when we arrived and was very helpful when we asked questions The room and bathroom was nice and clean

Although everything was nice and clean, the room did not smell fresh. The couch is old and smelly and the carpet was not very clean which may also be the reason why the room smelled.

Easy access to property. Great place if you want the night life. If your staying for a short stay, great for a bed to put your head on. Great for business overstay, but not for family

Noise from outside.....loud fireworks til 1 am. Airplane path over. Air con didn't work so well
