Great room, super comfortable beds, really dark when curtains were drawn - allowed for great sleep even with the midnight sun. Breakfast was wonderful: it was big and had lots of options, both healthy and indulgent.

We arrived at 8.30pm and were really tired and hungry, but were informed the restaurant was fully booked, and that there was no possibility to get room service. When asking the receptionist about if there was any possibility to arrange something or what we could consider instead, she couldn’t provide any ideas or suggestions for us. We did manage to find a nice place to eat in the city on our own in the end but it was a pretty poor customer service experience.

The lounge was cosy and had some personality whilst still being modern and clean. The over all quality and tidyness were on a good level. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows and the pillow selection were better than average. The breakfast was expansive, allergen information was well presented and there were abundantly various gluten free options (also separate toaster for gluten free bread). Prior to the actual visit the hotel personnel responded in a timely manner to the requests and questions and they were very friendly all the time.

The personnel of the reception were not attentative nor friendly. Mostly young people who perhaps had not been trained properly for the task. They did not look into your eyes, they did not make you feel welcome, no smile or friendly discussion at all. It felt a little bit like trying to interact with reluctant teenagers. In one of the rooms the caffee machine was dirty (not cleaned nor emptied at all) and there were no coffee cups nor capsules in the room.

Breakfast is superb. Good selections of good quality fresh food. Attentive and proactive staff. My son loves the loft bed in the family room. Room design is smart with plenty of space to put stuff.

Bathroom / shower design is faulty, as the water from shower will flow out to sink area. Really hope they will fix this, as it is quite a bother to the otherwise nice stay. Another minor suggestion is to appoint the corner room as family room as it has considerably larger floor space. Lastly, it would be good to have brighter lights, which is needed when packing suitcases.

I was traveling with my dog, was looking for place with possibly to have her staying with me in hotel. I stayed in many hotels in Bodø but this visit was unforgettable. My furry friend get a welcome note and snacks. Reseption desk was very welcoming, hotel have very nice vibe. Breakfast wonderful, coffee superb- from local suppliers. Just 11 from 10 available :-) Shortly highly recommended!

The hotel was wonderful and just what we needed. All areas were exceptionally clean and the room was comfortable. As stated by numerous guests the breakfast was exceptional and worth every penny. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

There is no on site parking although there are ample options on the roads around the hotel.

We had a great stay here for 2 nights. Our room was in the corner of the building and we had an amazing view of the water through several floor-to-ceiling windows. The room was a decent size for two adults and the bathroom was spacious enough to set out all our toiletries. We slept well in the bed and were able to close the blackout curtains to block the late evening sun. The breakfast was very nice and the hotel was very quiet, so seating was easy to find and there were no buffet lines to wait in. We enjoyed drinks in the evening in their huge lobby and lounge area overlooking the water.

I was only there for a night. The room was clean and water pressure was excellent. I booked a sea view room and really enjoyed the view from my room. What I liked most of this hotel is the breakfast. There were so many options and they were very very delicious. The sauces served were out of the world. I wish I had stayed longer.

Breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from and everything was fresh! Our room was clean and the "bunk bed" was a great way to accommodate three people in the room, this was a great help for us so we didn't have to book an extra room for our daughter. The air con controller was also very easy to operate to ensure a nice temperature in the room during our sleep.

We didn't like the fact we had only one night at your hotel!! We really enjoyed our stay and we hope next time we can stay a few more days.!

The hotel is very close to the train station which I arrived at. I checked in easily and had a very quiet room on the 13th floor. Breakfast was served early and was tasty. I could also have it early enough to get started in a morning and have a long day. The black out curtains were good and the fact that I visited in mid July didnt mean I was kept awake by the midnight sun.

Everything in the hotel was fine and as expected. Though not a complaint about the hotel, the bus stops and harbour were a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, slightly uphill, though easy enough to walk to with advanced planning.

A big hotel in the centre of town, we had a nice room with lovely views on the 11th floor. The staff were good and the included breakfast was very comprehensive.

The hotel restaurant is huge, looks very dramatic, but we didn't use it as would have felt like eating in an aircraft hanger! They need something more human for this!
