I had a clean, comfortable room as well as a delicious breakfast buffet -- a great value for what I paid. Every staff member I spoke to was kind and helpful and spoke very good English. The hotel was just minutes walking-distance from the train station and the harbour, as well as shopping and all the other amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was more than adequate.

I wasn't able to control the room temperature, and it was a little warm for me. There was also a club right across the street that was rather loud, so opening the window wasn't an option. They didn't bother me with the window closed, though.

Breakfast was very good, all our experiences at Scandic hotels have been great overall from this perspective. Although it was not my case, I've noticed they had several gluten free options in terms of bread, muffins, crepes etc - placed on a whole different table than the rest of the food. The room was very nice, clean, with partial view to the water. Bathroom was good size, also very clean. You don't have a kettle in the room,BUT there is a great coffee machine and tea at your disposal all the time (in the reception lobby).

Our stay here was fantastic. Our ferry to Moskenes got canceled due to bad weather and the staff were extremely helpful in helping us find a solution. Their breakfast was a really good spread of everything you'd want. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If we come back we will be choosing the same place for sure.

overall very nice place. just that we were reaching at hotel very early morning around 4 and I requested check in during that time. First information I got with a bit reluctantly that yea ok we will try. later on I got a bit late due to snow and all of a sudden I got a message from hotel at booking.com that your accommodation is cancelled. I already had paid it and I couldn’t understand. then I had to call them to sort it out. In conclusion staff can be a bit more polite and accommodating.

This was a lovely place to stay after flying in. We walked from the airport, very doable walk with packs on. Easy to find, staff were so helpful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. For us the best part was the AMAZING breakfast that was provided!! Sooo many food options, including some Norwegian things that I hadn’t had the chance to taste yet. We couldn’t get enough!! Very convenient location for spending a night in Bodø before heading to the airport. Staff was very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel several hours before our check-in time. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great!

We were on 11.10.23. I liked the woman working at the reception. We were 2 times in this hotel, the first time the attitude was not good, the room would not be suitable for children, but this time the woman at the reception gave us a very appropriate room with children. Thank you woman, she worked there on this date.

The room exceeded our expectations!! It was more than a family of five needed and we were very grateful for the extra space. The beds were comfortable, my 3 year old loved that there was a bath tub. The breakfast was incredible. Not our first time at this location, and certainly not our last.

Great staff, very helpful from the moment of the reservation till the our very late check-in after a midnight. Breakfast perfect, various and very tasty. Also lot of vegetables and fruits. I highly appreciate that even though we stayed just for a night, the staff remembered my food allergies and there were a plenty tasty food also for me to be choosen from. In addition, we got a bigger room as we ordered (on the first floor, just to not disturb other guest during our late check-in....) The view to the sea from the room via big window was breathtaking.

Fridges in rooms need updating, and all rooms need to have one if that’s what is booked.
