The room was a decent size; it was clean and comfortable! The breakfast was also good! The location of the hotel was great for some of the more popular hikes I planned to do while visiting! There were also grocery stores within walking distance to get things we needed. While staying here we also booked the floating sauna near by - total worth it and a cool experience!

The hotel stay was great, the beds were comfortable, I asked for a quieter room, which we received, and thanks to that, we slept wonderfully. I read a lot of bad reviews about the outdated furniture, but for us, it was perfectly fine. The breakfasts were very rich and very good. The hotel staff were kind and accommodating. For me, it was excellent :)

The only thing I can slightly criticize is that the rooms got very hot very quickly and it was difficult to ventilate. A fan would have been useful :)

Staff were helpful. Huge thanks to a kind man handling dinners at the restaurant. Our room was clean and quiet, as the neighbourhood. The parking was very spacious with a beautiful view on a fragment of a coastline of the fjord.

The fridge was out of order as the one lap on the desk. Also the button on the TV was the only way to turn it on.

They fulfilled my request for a quiet room. There was free and easy parking. We were able to walk to the train station to take the train into Stavanger. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. My bed was okay though a little creaky. I used my own thin pillow, but my husband thought the pillows were fine. The shower had good pressure and a steady temperature. The staff were nice.

The shower was somewhat slippery, but not as bad as another reviewer said it was. Do take care, though, especially since some of the shower water tends to get on the bathroom floor. There was no bathmat. Our room was on the small side. My husband had to store his suitcase under the desk to be able to leave it flat on the floor. I didn't like having to walk through cigarette smoke to get into the hotel entrance (smoking area is right outside the door). My bedside lamp was broken, but I reported it upon checking out. The room was too hot (it was summer and sunny). There was no A/C as far as we could tell, only a screened opening that we wanted to keep closed at night to keep out any noise. (The rooms in the newer building may have A/C?)

Great staff, good sized airy rooms, free coffee in the reception, ample parking. Excellent breakfast.

Restaurant closed for evening meals, wasn't expected! Sandnes is undergoing significant roadworks particularly around the hotel, barriers limiting access to many areas by foot. A bit of a hike to the main strip for dinner.

The location was very good and it was value for money. The breakfast was included and nice breakfast

The breakfast staff were moody, so that needs improving. There was no airconditioning in the hotel room, but thank god we managed to open the window which also happened to have a net infront of it, so no flies came in

Nice view overlooking the fjord. Convenient location for visiting Stavanger. Free on-site parking.

No power outlets near the bed. Room a bit cramped for three beds. Furniture a bit dated.

Rooms are becoming old and need some maintenance in wall paints and furniture.

The hotel was very well maintained but a little dated in decor and standard. Free coffee and tea was provided and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Beds were rather too soft for my liking. Rooms were fairly small.
