I was impressed how the hotel reinvented itself to become kids friendly and families compatible during the summer holidays. My son loved being at the hotel thanks to all the activities and offers aimed at kids.

Everything was good. My only observation is the family rooms should be a bit larger, it was tight in there for 3 persons

- helpful and polite staff - clean room and bathroom - hotel is located outside Stavanger in a quiet area so good sleep is provided - there are proper curtains to provide dark - wide variety of breakfast options - on-site restaurant for dinner is excellent - facilities like gym, restaurant, parking house, etc are all available - good value for money

It was a good location for travellers, The airport is nearby and so is the center. Parking is free for summer and as it was a weekend we also got the electric charging free.

In the breakfast they had very limited vegetarian options in the worm meal otherwise it was all good

I enjoyed the service at breakfast. I wish more hotels would follow your example in hiring staff with disabilities.

The bed was just weird, like jello, and the receptionist who worked on Wednesday evening was unprofessional.

Only thing was the temperature on the bathrom was quite low it should be a few degrees higher but i did not tell the staff. so my fault.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very kind.

Not to much furniture for your clothes in the room. The view was unpleasant, a view to the back of the building, which was very close to another building.

Very poor sound insulation, particularly from the upper floor. Wifi didn't automatically login after every return to the hotel.

It's a warehouse with about 300,000 bedrooms! Friendly staff, especially the receptionist Girl. Only had 4 hours in the room before heading on to the ferry, but great decor and quality. You just need a scooter to get to you room!

Nice and helpful staff. Very clean.

Upgrade / renew the broken shower heads that don’t work properly. Tapping noise outside the room was not good. Evening meat dish was the same three nights in a row.

Location was OK, no restaurants nearby that I know of. But the breakfast was excellent, but little improvement can be done (need to keep the hot breakfast warm/hot).
