The hotel is new and very clean. Comfortable rooms.

The reservation process is a bit slow. The reception team is not responsible for booking. So you talk with them on the availability and then they inform another team in somewhere inside office to do the reservation for you. So sometimes it takes time. This was the only negative thing.

Staff was very friendly and made everything possible. Shoutout to Janice! Due to Ramadan breakfast was limitless à la carte and all in all one of the best we ever had. Pool and gym are nice. The hotel is located next to a big mall, where you find different restaurants and shops.

We loved the peacefulness at The Avani. It was close by to a small mall that had loads of food outlets which was great! Breakfast in the hotel was delicious, especially the egg station. A variety of food options in the breakfast buffet which also catered for kids with cereals and pancakes/waffles. The staff were amazing and very friendly, in particular the staff at the front who helped us during our stay with Valet Parking. Pool area was lush, very calm space and plenty spaces for relaxing outside. Overall room was perfect and cosy.

Room was clean, close to multiple shops by walk or car

Phone was not working in the room. I was not feeling well and not sure whom to call. I called the hotel from my international phone to tell them about the issue and they want me to hold on the line. So i order food from Talabat and they didnt allow the guy to come up as per mgmt policy. This Talabat guy was the only person that i can connect to as room phone was not working. They could not help more only by saying sorry. I am traveling along as girl i hope they understand. They even didnt send someone to check if am okay or no.

I will always remembering my time in this amazing Hotel. Everything is new, really modern and cleaner then clean. The think about every small detail in the room and general in the hotel. You haven’t a chance to miss something. The pool outside is really nice and you can have a really good time. Also they have a good spa area. I don’t know how they do it, but every room smells so good. On the woman’s day 17th October they give every woman in the hotel a rose. The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant in the near are really good. At least the employees.. everyone was so kind and always smiling. Everyone is totally organised and they are focused on to let the guest feeling special.

I booked for two rooms apartment and got one room apartment with connected studio instead of what i booked, were size is 44 sq ft smaller, be careful !! Bathroom shower water pressure is low! Breakfast is normal!

Everything was great, the staff was really attentive and the hotel amenities and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The bed was really comfortable and the rooms in general are spacious. Quality price valance was there.

As a tourist, you want to be close to the most emblematic city places and the hotel is a bit far, but of you have a car you can handle it. I must say that the only thing the hotel was lacking was a bar. They didn't have alcohol in the whole hotel. If they would have it, we would have spent more time and money inside the hotel as well. Maybe is something they think of adding one day.

I went with my family of 6 people, The location is great! It’s just a matter of few steps to the boulevard , supermarket & pharmacy and other shops or almost 15mins near. Talabt delivers to the hotel too and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always clean and ac works well and it’s so quiet and relaxing there’s no noise’s around like cars sounds you can sleep peacefully. The interior looks so pretty and simple but luxurious . We will always book them whenever we are at muscat!!

I hope if they allow the delivery guys for food and pharmacy deliver our order to our room and not let us go down to pick it.

Excellent value for money, in an easy to access location. A few small issues when we arrived with the wrong beds and rooms far apart, but staff sorted it promptly. The BBQ night was excellent value, and great quality.

Children were allowed in the pool with their clothes, and sometimes there wasn't a lifeguard. However, we didn't use the pool and everything else about the hotel was very highly hygienic. The regular view also wasn't great, as it just looks over an empty parking lot, but we didn't care.
