I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and received everything I needed during my visit. I had to reschedule my reservation, and when I contacted the property, they were very helpful and arranged it smoothly without any issues. A special thank you to Mrs. Esma and Anas, who kindly allowed me a late check-out, which made things much easier for me and my family. I also requested an extra bed for my kids, and the hotel provided it promptly and without any hassle. The facilities are up to the mark, clean, and well-maintained. I had no concerns at all throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to return in the future.

The place is fantastic.. The staff was incredibly welcoming, smiling, and super helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially Mrs. Asmaa & Mr. Malek ahmed el Harthy. The room and the bathroom were super clean. The internet was freaking fast. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to others. In my opinion, replacing the sofa would greatly enhance the comfort of the room. The current one feels outdated and isn't very comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Initial gentleman on the desk wasn't friendly or helpful BUT the next person I dealt with was the complete opposite, very positive and helpful. The rooms are big, and the beds are big, overall very comfortable. The location suited us as it was only a 15min drive to the dive shop, but there wasn't much else in the immediate area except a large shopping centre (which does have a lot of restaurants which is helpful!). The pool on the roof is lovely.

I was thoroughly impressed by the warm and professional service provided by the reception team during my stay. In particular, Hassina Al Amri stood out for her exceptional dedication and support. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with all my needs made a significant difference, and I am truly grateful for her outstanding hospitality.

This hotel was new and conveniently located near the highway, with connecting rooms that are perfect for families or friends, and it was close to shopping centers and restaurants.

There were only four sunbeds by the pool! During the women-only swimming hours, men had to leave the pool area even if no women were present or swimming. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was of very poor quality, and the breakfast lacked variety.

Very nice, spotless and spacious room. Excellent quality bed and pillows. Staff are friendly. Breakfast area was nicely arranged and food selection was good over all. A few restaurants and supermarket just opposite the hotel. Travelling time to airport 20 mins and Muscat town centre around 30 mins.

Despite receiving notification from hotel prior to my visit, and my reiteration on arrival at the reception, my personal request (room decoration arragement) was not met. Secondly, I paid for a room with a lake/sea view however the room was facing a construction site with high levels of noise first thing in the morning.

Our stay was amazing! We booked this hotel because it offered the spa bath and it did not disappoint! The room is very nice and spacious. Everything was clean and neat. The bed is very comfortable. I like that there was a pod coffee machine. When you see the hotel at first you wonder what is this place, but once you enter it is luxurious and beautiful. It offered underground parking too. The pool was lovely and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Boulevard Hotel and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by Praveen Kumar. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made my experience truly memorable. Praveen went above and beyond to ensure all my requests were met promptly. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return to the Boulevard Hotel thanks to his outstanding hospitality.

This hotel is a little further out from most Muscat attractions, but is perfect if you are travelling into Oman from the North or the interior. It is literally 100m from the North entrance to the Al Araimi Boulevard Mall and is about 20 mins from Muscat Int'l airport. The building and infrastructures are new, airy, elegant, classy and overall very cohesive. Soundproofing is not a n issue as the hotel is more than 150m from the main highway and is generally quiet. The pool on the roof is lovely - heated - with an area for younger children. There is a cafe service next to the pool with a very cheap kids' meals and snacks menu. The rooms are clean and bright with uncluttered views of the surroundings. You can see the mountains and the ocean clearly. Toiletries are of good standard. Nice clean, comfy beds and pillows and the light in the morning is relatively low. The use of the pool is limited to women only from 9-11am and 5-6pm. There is room service and the staff are respectful, helpful and accomodating. Overall standards are very high, but please be aware of noise and clothing rules as local cultural standards apply throughout the hotel. WE stayed in a deluxe suite with a lovely fully-functioning hot tub. Would definitely return.

The food overall is very cheap and I think it is not a major issue with the hotel as they have the mall next door and you can order food in. The overall quality is sub-standard taking the rest of the hotel into account, but I can live with this.
