I didn't try the breakfast but it was very affordable buffet. The location is near the airport but far from shopping and attractions. A car or a taxi is very necessary to move around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are of good size and well equipped.

Although the rooms are spacious and very well equipped for the price. However, they are definitely not soundproof and it was often noisy and impossible to get a good sleep. One night in particular my floor was very noisy with people moving around until 5:00 AM. I had to ask for another room next day and it was provided easily.

The place was comfortable and fairly clean. Most of the staff were helpful and accommodated my requests. It's good value for money and the rooms are a decent size. We had food delivered, and the place was easy for the riders to find. It's close to the airport, and areas of interest like the Grand Mosque, malls, and beaches aren't too far away.

There were one or two staff members who could use some training as they weren't very pleasant to deal with, and I opted to avoid them as much as possible. Because of the dusty area around the hotel, they should prioritize deep cleaning the rooms more often. Old towels that are fraying and have loose threads should be taken out of use.

I found the location to be very convenient for getting around other places. The hotel was way more affordable than being in the city center, and if you’re exploring multiple places in Oman, it’s a great location. The room was very spacious and clean, it was cleaned every day. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of options to choose from and they change some of the food every day. They can also make an omelette of your choice in addition to a variety of food they already provide. The staff were very kind and helpful. The wifi was barely working on my phone, and then I figured out that when I turn on VPN it works great.

There were some small issues that were resolved immediately - we got only one towel for the two of us, we asked for another one and they provided immediately. There shower was hot for only 2min, when I asked if they can do something about that, they did. I don’t know what they changed, but after that it was all normal. The third thing was the cigarette smoke coming into our room from ventilation, and our whole room smelled for two days until those guests were gone. The staff was also not sure how it smelled because smoking is not allowed. But they did their best for all of these situations, so all is good.

Very close to the Airport .. 10mins taxi ride . Pls do not pay more than 2 OMR .. actual ride from hotel to airport was 1.6 OMR . I paid 5 OMR from airport to the hotel . !! Fast CheckIn …Room was clean. Free couple of water bottles and tea/coffee .. aircon was superb … shower was really good .. basic amenities avail .. WIFI was good but poor signals sometimes .. I Will definitely recommend for short stay wanting close to airport . Nothing interesting is around the hotel building .. so do not expect anything else ..

No slippers in the room :( Towels were clean but I think it’s time to restock new towels ..!!

The staff were very nice and helpful especially the wonderful lady at the reception, i was struggling to find a taxi and she did her best to get me one. There are many parking lots around the hotel and the hotel is very easy to reach and it located near the airport. The room was clean, good sized and well equipped. It has a sign for Qibla and praying mat. The bed was comfortable and sheets was clean and smell nice. The toilet was well equipped and good size. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The AC is blowing directly on the bed.

The Room was good and the staff present during check-in process at the night and day staff Ms. Torres at the reception were fabulous specially Brother Ghassan and his colleagues were courteous and supportive. The House keeping Staff ( Boys ) and the room service team and Dinning area staff were good ( Carnen, Tigi, and all the staff personal) we interreacted with were great.

Well we did not notice anything that will be against the hotel.

Hotel is very close to the airport , we stayed two nights and room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed breakfast, variety of items to choose.Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. they really took care of us. As a tip for next guest who need a ride it is good to install app. OTAXI ( similar to Uber) . We paid 7 OMR for Taxi from airport to the hotel but with this app it is only 2.2 OMR.

This property is only for those business travellers who prefer locations close to Airport. For those who would prefer an area next the place which has hospitals; pharmacy; laundry; supermarket; beach; malls at walking distance or access to some of the tourist spots in Matrah, then this is not the property you're looking for.

Able to walk to small restaurant near petrol station. A grocery store nearby but just dirt tracks and no lighting if walking at night.

Welcoming staff. Quiet place. Reasonable price at the time of booking. Spacious room and toilet.. Near airport. Availability of free parking. The view from the room Note: hotel might be a bit distant from shopping outlets and require a minimum of 5 minutes driving to reach a variety of shops. However, there is a nearby gasoline station with a small food shop, reachable at walking distance.

Suggestions for improvement: - to clean windows from outside regularly. - place a toilet mat at the toilet's door for wet feet as the room's ground may be slippery. Or instead supply rooms with non-slippery toliet rubber sandals. - place a window net to allow opening windows and keep any outside flies from entering the room. Those things would improve customers satisfaction. Nonetheless they are not must.
