Easy ride on bus number 8 from the Airport 2 stops to the amateur radio station stop (Aziza Beach) and 1.6km walk south. It was great avoiding the scam taxi drivers and getting to this hotel from the airport for less than $1 bus fare. Nice staff and clean room. Super convenient and appreciated the location. Nice shower with warm water.

The tap water here tasted very strange, otherwise no issues we enjoyed our stay. Other interesting things is if there are two guests and if you are the woman who has made the booking and used your credit card to secure it, the booking will still revert in the name of the man with you. This happened at another Muscat hotel too.

We were looking for a spot close to the airport before our flight and were pleasantly delighted by the Swiss Bellin. Not only was it 5 minutes from the airport, the staff was great and our suite was huge, clean, and we'll decorated. They even provided an extra bed for my son. Nasrin greeted us warmly and took great care of us. The hotel has a restaurant, spa, and several restaurants within walking distance or a few minutes. There was a roof terrace that was a great place to watch airplanes for planespotting. We usually stay at luxury properties and were surprised with the high quality of the Swiss Bellin and our experience there. We I'll be sure to stay next time we are in Muscat.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Swiss-Belinn Muscat for an entire month, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel excels in every aspect, making it feel like a home away from home. Firstly, I must commend the hotel's immaculate cleanliness and serene atmosphere. The stylish and spacious rooms provided a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring central Muscat's attractions, all conveniently close thanks to the hotel's prime location. Value for money is another highlight of Swiss-Belinn Muscat. Despite the affordable rates, the quality of service and amenities far exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to the manager, Sherif, and the Front Office Manager, who were incredibly helpful in assisting us with our post and ensuring every small detail was attended to. Their personalized service truly enhanced our stay. The breakfasts were very tasty, offering a delightful start to each day. The staff were consistently pleasant and welcoming, adding a warm touch to our experience. The cleaning staff were particularly friendly, maintaining the rooms to a high standard and always greeting us with a smile. Additionally, the hotel's design is impressive, blending modern aesthetics with comfort seamlessly. We also appreciated the good water quality, which is an often overlooked but important detail. In summary, Swiss-Belinn Muscat provided a perfect blend of comfort, affordability, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Muscat, whether for a short stay or an extended period like ours. This hotel is a true gem!

Breakfast was really good, even do variety can be improved. Room was super comfortable, and everything on it was working great. Rent a car was inside the hotel, this was a great plus, as we had a great rental experience. The amenities in the lobby was great, the distance to Al mouj marina, is abt 10 minutes, if you are planning to scuba dive or snorkelling. Going to Muscat attractions is no more than 30 by car.

Cleaning amenities such as tooth brush, and past were not automatically replaced, and when asking they just send once. When we arrived no one help us with baggage (was heavy). The buffet dinner was a little bit expensive, and it seems is almost the same than breakfast, only some variations such as chicken and fish.

Close proximity to airport and walking distance to local shops and conveniences. Good facilities in-house; including gym and terrace. Great shower pressure and really comfortable bed! (So comfortable, that I opted to miss breakfast, so I could enjoy the bed longer!) Nice, polite and helpful staff.

The property was fine, but it was clear that the furniture set in my room had not been wiped down adequately. I could see a number of marks and removable stains from the previous occupant on the table and chairs. I decided to show grace by cleaning it myself and not complain to management, as everything else was agreeable. I’m sure it was just an oversight. In fact, I extended my stay by 3 further days.

I want to thank you for this amazing 6 days in Muscat . hotel is very close to the airport, 5 r from the airport and 1,4 r from hotel, it was very quiet in the room, room was maid every day. Thank you to a wonderful receptionist Nasrin, who gave us room before check in time , helped us with what to see and where to go in Oman. thank you my dear 😘 Thank you to a very helpful Nadeem, who helped to organize our tour to Wadi al shab, booked numerous taxis and was always asking if we are happy in Muscat. Thank you my dear 😘 Thank you for two lovely waitresses in restaurant, who are very client oriented and in two days were saying “ you would like your drink as usually “ it made me feel very special and like at home . On arrival we were met by the receptionist Nasrin who was so polite and helpful, we arrived early and she was able to let us check in early. We asked her many questions during our stay and she was always so helpful with a big smile. The hotel room was very comfortable, we were upgraded to a superior room on arrival and it exceeded my expectations, large comfortable bed and amazing shower. The breakfast had a good choice, nice fresh fruit and the staff so friendly, nothing too much trouble. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to airport and possible to walk to the beach. We had a day to explore before work starting and Nadeem at the hotel helped to find us a driver and plan a tour, we had a really wonderful day thanks to his help. He also helped us everyday to book taxis and again always polite and nothing too much trouble. For all these reasons u would recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable. The rooftop area was surprisingly nice especially at sunset. There is plenty of free and safe parking next to the hotel on an empty plot of land shared by the neighbouring hotels. There's parking underneath the hotel too but I'm not sure if it's free. There are a bunch of restaurants surrounding the Shell station a 3 minute walk away. For the next 6 months I recommend asking for an ocean view room. There's a building being built there now so the view won't exist for much longer, after which time ask for a mountain view. Note, the ocean and mountains are in the distance! The location was fine for getting to and from the airport. I recommend downloading the Otaxi app (Oman's answer to Uber) before you arrive. The correct price for a taxi from the airport is about 1.2 rials. Don't pay any more than 2 rials if you negotiate in person - just say you'll catch the bus and the price will come down quickly!

The girls at the spa looked bored out of their minds, didn't say hello and kept smoking out on the balcony (better than inside I guess). They brought the vibe of the hotel down.

A very comfortable and spacious room. Bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels smell good. Genius level 3 has the benefit of upgrading the room. The couch, table and chair are helpful for relaxing, as dining table, and great to do so.e office work. TV is so modern catering free tv, projection, youtube, etc. Open cupboard is efficient.

The bed mattress and pillows are so soft, not good for people with chronic back pain. The layout of the shower area, half open divider that wets the entire floor

The reception was extremely helpful and gave us a late check out (even later than the time we initially requested) when I explained we’re going snorkeling in the morning and would like to take a quick shower before flying out the same evening. The next day was a Friday and the hotel was bustling with people so we were grateful that they still gave it to us without any fuss. It felt genuine that they wanted to give us a good time. The room was clean and modern and the hotel was only 4 mins away from the airport (and there’s a McDonald right at the corner). We would definitely be staying here again if we come to Muscat.
