Beautiful lobby and a great café! Extremely polite staff! Dinner and breakfast were very good! Spacious room, very comfortable bed! Everything you need is in the bathroom!

A downside is the small bathroom, where the shower door hit the toilet and couldn't be fully opened. The bathrooms could be cleaned better – there were old stains in the shower.

I stayed here for 2 nights and first I encountered few issues when I came but from the manager of the hotel to staff everyone is doing their best to solve the issue and they are always there whenever needed anything. I loved the fact that the rooms are clean and tidy and also the hotel is very close to big mosque, i would recommend it for those who are looking for a stay in Muscat.

Too much luban smell (traditional scent), the hot water sometimes takes long time to be heated

Staff is very kind and supportive. They upgrade us without additional charge . Moreover, they allow for late checkout till 6 pm with additional 5 OR only . In the restaurant, team provide us IFTAR for free which show their kindness and hospitality.

Swimming pool was closed and restaurant also all my stay because of maintenance for long time and also because of that there is some problem in ac but they solved quickly

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms There was a coffee shop at the lobby of the hotel which i really like, and the barista was so nice and polite, in addition, he makes a great cup of coffee

We had to buy water as they gave us only 2 bottles of water each day

AMAZING! We felt so safe and living up to its name, Secure. Staff were exceptional, food was fabulous and it was just brilliant all round.

Other than the heat which is no one’s fault, nothing. But then staff accommodated by lowering our air con.

It is away from centre of city,(no problem as I had my own car), loud sound in the evening from disco (not suitable for children😊 A little expensive compared to same hotels category

All the Staff members are very very friendly.. I chose the deluxe room and it was quite comfortable.. The food in the restaurant is also good.. Very clean room. House keeping is very good Room service is quick They are very generous when it comes to keeping water bottle for the guest

It was very noisy at night due to the bar and the DJ was very loud. I think if they ajust the voice the hotel will be amazing.

Every thing was fantastic, room was quite big, neat and clean, staff is professional and helpful who made my stay comfortable, thanks to Receptionist Su, who offered me 20% discount in Spa services and finally thanks to Spa Therapist who made me relax, will come back soon..
