Exceptional Stay – Truly Feels Like Home I stayed at the Royal Swiss Hotel for 6 days and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The reception team, the food staff, and the cleaning crew were all extremely professional, polite, and genuinely caring. Everyone was cooperative and always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel was outstanding. Every corner was spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff treated us like family, making the environment warm and welcoming. Perfect place for families and couples – peaceful, well-maintained, and great service. We travelled from Islamabad and the approach road bypassed most of the traffic you are confronted with on entering Lahore so we saved a lot of time. The staff was very hospitable and professional including the lady at the front desk and the lady managing the breakfast Ms Sana Malik. The room was large, well equipped and comfortable. Although we did not use it there was a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The breakfast was sumptuous with a lot of variety in drinks, food, desserts and it included an omelette counter where you can order any preparation of eggs. I usually travel for business and need to live in the business district, but I found this hotel more comfortable than most of the hotels with big names and exorbitant rates. Well done Royal Swiss Staff!

Nothing wrong seriously. The hotel is 5 years old but very well maintained. Perhaps the lights in the washroom could be brighter - they seemed a little dim.

lack of shops around the area

From start when driver Shahbaz picked me from airport i had great impression as he was very polite ,courteous and very helpful .at reception staff was very professional and friendly with good knowledge about professional standards of service ….. above all i would name Aeman and Falak who made my checkout process so friendly that i dont have words to praise them both. While i was waiting for my car they arranged my complimentary coffee in cafe which had good service, taste and view. In short as a whole team made my stay exceptionally pleasant

Nothing was there which i didnt like

Stayed here for 4 nights, their service is really good and rooms are very spacious and up to the mark. There was A prerson ALi Murtaza He was very kind with his Behavior he was RDM of Property and team is Very sincere with guests . Overall the stay is very comfortable and Special thanks to the girl (Tayyaba) on front desk is very cooprative.

Nothing is to be dislike every thing great

Nice hotel with good service and tasty food. We tried the breakfast, room service and pakistani buffet at our stay. The rooms were big and luxury. Swimming pool area was good, but it would be even better with an jacuzzi too and free sauna.

- It’s far from city centre. - My husband, brother in law and their friend had an 60 minutes deep tissue massage at the hotel. They had to dress completely naked without underwear. All three ladies who gave them massage touched their intimitate area several times. One of the men was asked for an happy ending too. They are all married and got shocked, uncomfortable because of these actions. It was not any good experience for them. I also think this is unacceptable behavior in an muslim country and at a 5 star hotel - not classy.

The room was great and comfortable. In-room jacuzzi was the best part of the stay. Staff was kind enough to provide us with a complementary fruit platter and cake for my husband’s birthday.

We had booked the room for 1 night. During our stay, the pool was unfortunately out of order. We were really looking forward to swimming but we couldn’t do so. After chatting with the guest relations team, we were told that they would try to compensate for the major unavailable facility at the hotel but we didn’t receive any call back or message.

I had an amazing stay. Loved every single thing about the hotel. The staff was very polite, good and professional. Their guest communication manager Ms.Asia is such a nice lady. She knows what a good customer service is. She was very professional and helpful with everything. Everything was really good like the food, room, room service, privacy, cleanliness and the check in check out process was pretty easy too. The thing i liked most was that they take care of your privacy alot which is what matters the most. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Will come back soon. I loved staying here. Thank you to the amazing staff for such an amazing stay ❤️

Honestly i liked everything about the hotel the only thing which bothered me was that they don’t allow shorts in their restaurant. Which i found was a bit weird because its summers . The temperature is like 40 degrees and they will tell you that you have to change to get into the restaurant if you are wearing shorts. Which i felt was a bit disrespectful and was disappointed by it. Other than this i loved everything else and loved staying there.

From the moment you walk in Hotel, you feel the warm atmosphere. The reception staff greet you with a friendly smile and a warm welcome, which immediately makes you feel at home! :-) The service is truly outstanding. Whatever you need, just one call is enough – and within minutes, someone is there to help you quickly and professionally. i will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again.

Rooms were good and spacious ,clean atmosphere with good lobby ,the food was also on point.

The service in the room was a bit slow, and we reminded several times to get it.I was in a hurry to catch Uber, and the security person angrily told me that this is not a way to go out,I know it,s his duty but he should politely told me to use the front gate instead of angry behaviour.
