Room was well described in the app/ online, so we knew what to expect. Staff allowed us to park a rental for free and even allowed us to leave bags for a few hours after check out.

No elevators and depending on the room you get, it can be a pain to carry bags up 2-3 floors. Staff doesn’t offer to help with this. Also the location is nice but a bit far from the city center for our liking. Keep an eye on the map! Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. One of the receptionists was new so he was too strict about the breakfast rules and a bit rude in his mannerisms. We quickly talked to management and sorted it out.

Huge room with two matrimonial beds. Great for a family. There was a bathtub in the shower. The staff was really friendly an d helpful and the breakfast was quite good- especially the coffee. It's away from the city center in an area with lots of trees and thus fresh air and shade.

It was a bit dusty and there were cobwebs. The wifi wasn't great on our floor. The hot water is kind of tempermental.

The hotel is clean. The bathroom was spotless and larger than expected, the bedroom was neat as well as clean. The beds were firm and to us that was comfortable. Each level had its own wifi password and we had a good connection. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was served buffet style with plenty of fantastic food. The front staff was courteous and helpful. I was contacted immediately after booking the rooms and was impressed they wanted to confirm and get details of my arrival.

The location was great. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town with two large parks close by. My stay was very restful and peaceful. It is within walking distance of the center of town, 6 blocks away. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was nice with lots of options. I only wish the eggs would have been hot.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. As it was a 15 minute walk to the center so it was also quiet at night time. We arrived very early off an overnight bus and we were able to check in right away. Good breakfast with a lot of variety. Helpful and nice staff. We also were leaving before the breakfast times and the staff made up a take breakfast bag for us.

As it is a walk from town, at night time I wouldn't personally do it alone - heads up for solo travellers

Excellent front desk staff. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is very nice, close to a big park and in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, about 20 minutes to walk to city center.

Breakfast was adequate but not great. Wifi speed was variable and at times unavaialable.

There was a little humidity in the restroom but not a big deal. the bathtub made the experience different, it was a confusion with the towels was missing one and they were asking a lot of questions,

the hotel is OK, a bit away from the center, but walkable. Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel could do with a bit of refreshing, though. I always had the feeling they are tight on the purse. The bigger rooms are better, as in bigger (but a bit more expensive).

The hotel is beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The staff were always generous and willing to serve and help. We were very happy they offered an in-house laundry service. The hotel is very secure as well and in a lovely upscale neighbourhood near a large and beautiful public park.

The hotel is located in a nice quiet area of Arequipa still within walking distance of the main square downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful and the overall facility was clean and well maintained. The room assigned to us was spacious.

We went to have breakfast an hour after the breakfast offering had started. The coffee was strong but not very good and the eggs were almost gone and cold. Maybe they were going to make more but we were not informed if that was the case.
