The beds are super comfy. There's heat in the room which is absolutely amazing. Staff are very nice and helpful. Closet space in the rooms is great. Good shower pressure. Decent WiFi.

I happened to get a room on the street, so it was pretty loud at times (5-6am when people are going out on tours). Breakfast is good, but very basic, for a slightly pricier hotel I was hoping for a little more. The shower, is temperamental, you finally find the perfect temperature and then randomly it gets burning hot or freezing cold...

I booked this hotel for my parents first time in Cusco and they loved it. It was close to the square and very reasonably priced for the length of their stay. My mom is a clean freak so if the hotel met her standards then they did a good job lol. According to my parents, the bed was really comfortable which they appreciated after a long day of being on a tour. The wifi worked well in their room and they enjoyed the breakfast each day. Thank you for taking care of my parents!

The hotel is very clean and cozy, but the best part is most definitely the staff - they make you feel welcome and go above and beyond to make sure you’re having an excellent stay. On top of it, they offer breakfast to go in case you have tour pickups before they serve!

Overall, I had an excellent stay! The room is comfortable and meets all the needs. The central location of the hotel is a big plus, as it makes everything easily accessible. The breakfast is simple but very tasty.

Heater could be set up in another corner of the room as it’s placed right above our head that makes us a bit difficult to fall asleep…

Very friendly employees and taking care of their guests. I had flu there and they made me feel at home feeding me and getting medication for me. Thanks all.

A cozy hotel in the center of Cusco. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is rich and of good quality. The room could be a bit bigger. The staff is very accommodating!
