Everything was great. The room was clean, warm and quiet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. It always had warm water. They provided shampoo and conditioner and hairdryer. The personnel were very helpful. Whatever we asked them for we had it. They also stored our baggage for 4 days for free

The hotel is not good in responding to messages via booking. We couldn't call them and they wouldn't respond to messages, which made the communication prior to our stay a bit tricky. The hotel is only 10min walk from the centre of Cusco. However the street is very dark at night and people need to be cautious when returning to the hotel late at night

The staff was really helpful and friendly, for instance, we arrived al 6 am from a night trip form lake Titicaca and they let us occupy our room; the decoration was really nice, resembling the stones architecture ot the Inkas. The location was good enough, an easy 8-10 minutes walk from the Main Square.

They could improve tha room´s ilumination, it is too dim and makes it very difficult to read. The breakfast was good but boring, we stayed there for 5 nights and we always had the same breakfast: fruit, juice, bread, coffee and scrambled fied or boiled eggs.

The room and courtyard were beautiful. Full of flowers. The breakfast was cooked fresh & delightful.

Hard to find the location. On a dirt road that was under construction. No lighting at night on the road so it was uncomfortable walking back from town all alone. Lots of drinking in the courtyard on my second night.

The facilities are good and everything was clean. The staff kept my luggages during the day until I came back from my last tour.

Most of the hotels of Cusco have an option of a box breakfast for the tourists which wake up early for the tours (most of the tours start before 5 am such as Laguna Humantay, Mountain of Collors), however the hotel didn’t offer me such possibility of a breakfast box or an early breakfast. In addition, the hotel is a little far from downtown in particular if you are going in the Winter and need to walk 1 quilometer until downtown.

A charming small.hotel 10 minutes walk from the cebtre of old Cusco. Small room but very comfortable and a good buffet breakfast. We stayed at the sister hotel San Augustin El Dorado but found Mamasara much quieter and more relaxing

It was only 10.minutes from the centre but not a partucularly pleasant walk as the hotel.is close to a taxi and minibus depot

The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet hotel overall as it is a short taxi or 30minute walk into the centre. Staff were very friendly and happy to help.

During peak time the shower did run out of hot water so be mindful of that.

Liked nearly every thing about the property. It’s at the edge of the tourist developed area but it was fine.

We had a room with 2 beds. The tv was so large and e tended beyond the walkway. We had to be mindful of it or we would have smacked our head. They offered us an upgrade but we chose to stay in this room. We just had to be careful.

Great location.. away from the crowds yet a short walk away from all you want… hot showers warm room staff friendly and want to help

Bit noisy early in the morning ad people head off for yours or check in late as everything echoes people walking downtairs and talking

We really enjoyed our (short) stay here. My husband let them know it was our honeymoon and the staff were so sweet, they prepared a special suprise in the room for us <3 they also prepared a breakfast box to go when we had to leave early for our tour. Big thank you especially to Jamira!

this hotel in 7 min walk from Plaza de Armaz and there is so quite . so good after pretty loud center.. room are clean, breakfast are amazing and super super nice facilities.
