The hotel is located within a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The room was small but quiet, cosy, and comfortable! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a restaurant that serves food and drinks till the night. There is also a vending stall from where you can grab some snacks, water, etc. The room and common area were very well decorated and with lots of nooks if you want to spend the day reading the book in the sun. There is a garden that was well-maintained and welcoming!

WiFi was very fast and the common area was nice to lounge (although quite small for the size of the hostel). Breakfast was pretty good (choice of 1 of the menu options), and staff at the front desk helped to book some tours. Location was pretty good, 10-15min walk to the Plaza de Armas.

The basic en-suite room really is quite basic and the bathroom is very small - we were not convinced of the value for money. It may have been better to book a double room with shared bathroom.

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was well kitted out with everything you might need. It also had a really cosy Peru theme which was welcoming and immersive. When I arrived my room was upgraded to have a private bathroom.

The private room that I booked didn’t look quite like the pictures, it was more stark and empty. But it did have what I needed in there.

Very nice place, comfortable beds, lots of activities (markets in the backyard, group meetings), good ambiance, good customer service (Lorena and Deivid are lovely) I happened to get super sick on my last night and Alex took care of me as if I was her sister. I will never forget that!

I really think they should do something about the cold in the bathroom, showers. It was a torture every morning.

The staff: Jeffrey, David and Wilbert are really nice and kind, they will assist and help you with whatever you need. Something else that I really like from this Selina was the nice garden and the shared kitchen.

Lots of noise early in the day due to early excursions departures by 4 am

The receptionist, Belen, was extremely friendly and accomodating! Her english is superb and she is so helpful

It was impecabble, like a wellness facility.

It was pretty empty, due to low season. Not many chances to socialise.

We loved the vibe of the place and the staff was very friendly.

We had to download an app to 'check in'. Our room had a roof window which was not covered and resulted in a very early bright morning.

Very close to center which makes it great for mobilizing throuugh the city. Clean and nice cleaning staff. Internet wifi was also great.1

Staff a bit inflexible with visits. I understand that during the pandemic the caution is important, but there are common sense things that in my opinion the staff was just not willing to understand.
