Location: Conveniently located near Mactan International Airport and just a short drive or 10 minutes walk to Parkmall. Luxurious Feel: The hotel exudes luxury from its grand lobby and sleek self-check-in kiosks to the high-quality room amenities. Rooftop Pool: The rooftop infinity pool is a highlight, offering separate areas for adults and kids. It gave off Marina Bay Sands vibes. We enjoyed dinner by the poolside while watching our children swim, all while soaking in the stunning Cebu city lights at night. Staff: Exceptionally courteous and warm. Their heartfelt greetings: "Maayong buntag,” “Maayong udto,” or “Maayong gabie” (meaning good morning, afternoon or evening)—are always delivered with a hand over their heart, showing genuine sincerity. Breakfast Buffet: Included in the room rate, the breakfast buffet had a great selection and was a perfect way to start the day. Comfortable bed and pillows! Reasonable price.

I only wish I had discovered this hotel sooner.

Bai Hotel exceeded my expectations. It truly felt like a luxurious experience, but at a budget-friendly price. The staff were accommodating and very friendly—they paid close attention to guests’ concerns and always greeted us whenever they saw us. The room was superb: very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The facilities were excellent, from the gym to the pool, as well as the rooftop bar and restaurant. We felt like we didn’t need to leave the hotel at all, as everything we needed was right there. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, which was a fantastic bonus! Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

We only stayed for two nights and wished we had more time—it really wasn’t enough to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer.

Location is very good, the hotel has great facilitys and the price is fair.

When you enter this hotel you feel like you enter in prison. At the entrance is a guy who is checking under the cars for bombs with a dedicated mirror and another one who has an actual shot gun on his neck! 😅😂😂. After the main door there is a luggage scan like in the airport.😂 ... Everytime you enter in the hotel they scan you and your belongings. In the first day is ok ... After is very annoying and irritating. They ask your room number and your name 1000 times which is also becoming very irritating. You go to the pool ... They ask ... Go to skybar ... they ask ...gi to kids play ground....etc!

Lovely stay at the Bai Hotel. We had just come from a stay in the jungle and were craving our creature comforts. Bai Hotel delivered! Super clean and modern, with all the amenities (huge gym, nice rooftop pool, 24-hr spa and bar). Rooms weren’t spectacular, but very comfortable, spacious and clean, and overall very conveniently located. We were bummed we didn’t get to go to the rooftop bar due to the wind/rain, but that is also a very cool feature as well. And the breakfast buffet, which was included in our rate, was amazing. My daughter said it was the best she’d ever had.

Only downside of being picky, our bathroom didn’t have a fan so it would get fogged up.

From the moment you walk in, you get treated like VIPs (whi mch we certainly were not). It's a massive credit to the staff for their top notch hospitality and quality of service that they make you feel attended to and supported at every step from check in to check out. The staff were super helpful and attentive. Check in was easy. And the concierge were superhuman at the efficiency of getting your luggage from lobby to your room. The dinner buffet was the best we had in Cebu. If you love food - we beg you to stay at this hotel & have dinner at the buffet at least once. It was the biggest range of cuisines and dishes we had seen compared to the other resorts we stayed at. The bed was super comfy and worth it especially at the end of a trip. The massages at the spa were professionally done. The rooms are modern and classy. The location is also only 15-20 mins max from the Cebu-Mactan international Airport.

The location is in the middle of the city - so your views are both great (urban landscape) and not so good as you see the realities of what people live in. In terms of the hotel itself - there really was no downside. We were blown away with the quality and service.

The staff was very accommodating, they were beneficial and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was really good, we missed Filipino food, they have a lot of options to offer. Your privacy is well observed, people cannot go up the elevator without a key card. The room was very spacious, we were also in luck that our room got upgraded.

The air conditioning of the whole hotel was not working. We checked in for a few days around the first week of April, and there was already a problem with the air conditioning. Then we checked in again for a few days in late April, and it has gotten worse. The staff were very apologetic, though, and checked on us from time to time to ensure our room was cold enough. We just hope that they were able to fix the issue with their air conditioning.

Loved the allergen information at the buffet. Travelling with a child with allergies in the Philippines is already stressful as it is and having the information there without having to ask for it really helped.

The booking team was quite difficult to work with. I requested a microwave or to be able to use a microwave to sterilise our baby's bottles. After so many phone calls and messages to the booking staff we were firmly told no and started looking for other accommodation options. We got offered an upgraded toom for another $500 extra before we got told they actually have a steriliser available for us to use free of charge. If we got told this at the beginning, a lot of stress and frustration could have been avoided.

Great stay. The room was great. Staff was amazing! Everyone was just amazing. The front desk staff was naturally conversational, making for a great start to our stay at the hotel. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to visit Cebu.

Food catered more to international guests than local guests or did I just not see that much of Filipino breakfast selection? It was back in January and before Sinulog Festival so I guess there were more international tourists than local. I hope that in the future, as more local guests visit, they will offer a wider selection of Filipino dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Really classy accommodation for reasonable price, staff are very professional, rooftop pool with excellent views. But the best part for me is the breakfasts. So much choice it is incredible, including my favourite as an Englishman - bread and butter pudding. Well placed near Parkmall which has lots of good restaurants. Room really comfortable and comes with massive bed and shower temperature and pressure so good we didn't actually ever use full power.

The only small thing that becomes a burden is everytime you enter the hotel you have to put your bags through a scanner. I understand that is for our safety though. Also poolside/hotel food/drinks prices are a bit silly expensive, as is the case with all hotels of this class.
