Everything from check-in to check-out was incredible. The food in the restaurant was super tasty, we ate breakfast and dinner there every day and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The staff were super helpful and friendly, always happy to answer any questions we had/organise transport for us. The rooms were extremely clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The location is a little bit further from Alona, but it's easy to organise transport and it is only 20 minutes away. The property is super quiet and clean. We spent a lot of time in the pool after our morning excursions. It's really a wonderful place to rest and relax. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be 100% returning for our next trip!

I enjoy the location of the property because it is quiet and clean. Ideal for spending time with your family. They have cards and games to play with the group, which is very wonderful. The people that work there are also friendly. They are also really helpful. Additionally, they decorate for surprises on any occasion. which is really nice.

I understand that this resort is very new. I'd want to share my observations, which could be very beneficial to the improvement of this resort. It is very important that you serve the food properly. The beverages were served first. When we say starter/appetizer, we mean it should come before the main meal. The main meal should be served together so that everyone can eat altogether. Not serving one at a time. Specially for Filipinos. Its important that everybody eats together at the same table.

The rooms were spacious, clean and pleasant. The hotel is relatively small, with a relaxed and calm atmosphere, which we enjoyed. Pool facilities are good. Nice restaurant and bar area with some board games available, darts and table football, as a fun, charming addition. No complaints with service. Everyone was lovely. Joy in particular was very helpful. Breakfasts were simple with good choices and food overall was well made.

Only comment is that the hotel is further from main beaches and towns, including Alona town/beach. You have to pay for tricycles/cabs around as a result so not easy access.

The staff were awesome as normal here. The pool is the perfect temperature. The food is awesome and plentiful. I can't say enough good things about Mayana. It is our favorite place that we have stayed all over the Philippines. We look forward to coming back on our next vacation,

The WiFi was a little inconsistent this time, but that is ok. I was not there to stare at my phone, although it would be something that I would like them to fix. Definitely was not a down point for me, but others may find it a big turn off.

This place had quality written all over it. Everything you’d expect from a great hotel stay was here. We loved our time here. The staff were lovely. The kitchen staff were very accomodating for our dietary needs - catering well for vegans (not an easy task in the Philippines where veganism is generally a very poorly understood concept to most locals). The food was prepared very quickly for every meal. The pool was perfect. The rooms were exceptional. Comfy and very clean. The communal areas were both fun (with activities) and welcoming. The property is hidden away from the noise and chaos of busier areas of the island but it’s only a short drive away from the action.

Only one worth mentioning - the sign on the main road could do with being more obvious. It’s a bit hidden by foliage and not very bright so we missed our turn a couple of times. And if that’s the worst thing about this property - then you get an idea of how good things were!

The staff, the pool and the restaurant were very great! Nice ambiance at the bar very nice pool and the food was variated with good prices. The staff helped booking everything we needed: tuktuks, excursions, van transfers, late dinner etc The shower was very great, it is difficult to find hot showers in Philippines, Mayana definitely has it Also it was very quite, no nearby roaster or late party to disturb your sleeping

Everything! It was a bit far from Alona beach but its fine. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet of the resort. Loved the food! We actually preferred it over the food we had outside. They also pack sandwiches for you for breakfast in case you have to go early for an activity and umable to have it at the resort.

The service time of their food can be improved. Everything we ordered was delicious! Though it took some time to be cooked. Better to order in advance. Soundproofing of the room as well can be improved. We stayed on the 1st floor and we can definitely hear noises from the second floor.

This was such a tranquil and beautiful resort. The staff were super lovely and helpful, they helped us book transport wherever we needed, and organised multiple tours. In general, they really made a difference and we felt really well taken care of. The hotel itself was wonderful, the rooms were great. Clean, spacious, quiet, and with a lovely bathroom, and lots of wardrobe and storage space. I really liked that they gave us separate beach/pool towels, in addition to our regular towels. The location of the hotel is a bit away from Alona Beach, which for us was perfect. It was quiet in our immediate area, but the ride to Alona beach wasn't too long either. The breakfast was great, with a good variety in the ala carte options, I recommend the pancakes!! The pool was great too. Hope to be back soon!

The new resort rooms with beautiful pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Showers had quite hot water (hotter then other hotels I visited). All rooms come with their own WiFi. And the rooms have a nice TV. Beds are comfy, although for some they might be a bit high. The balcony (on 2nd floor) it's nice, and includes a table and seats and drying rack. The resort has a collection of games to play. Also available is a dartboard. The resort is in a very quiet area. During our stay there was one evening with live music.

The quiet area of the resort has a drawback: it's quite far from anything else. Other beaches and dining options required other transport (like scooter or Tuktuk) Food selection. There were 2 pages of ostrich meat, and in my opinion limited other options. Also the servings were very big. Sometimes enough for 2 to 3 people.

Absolutely amazing Hotel with beautiful rooms, pool and restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is absolutely amazing too. We stayed 4 nights and ate in the restaurant 4 times because it was just that good! They also have every drink you could wish for, even Aperol spritz! I absolutely recommend the ostrich Burger with original swiss cheese. Easily one of the top 3 Burgers I have eaten so far in my life! And for dessert we recommend ube ice cream with mango!!!🤤 They also serve an amazing complementary breakfast with many dishes to choose from and with real Italian coffee and milk (hard to find in the Philippines). We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bohol!!
