I arrived at the Bella Napoli and was met by "Stella" Resort Manager. This resort I would class as a Chic resort, 12 rooms In total, however if every other room compared to mine, each and every room would be perfect. The size of the bedrooms is astounding, the comfort of the beds unbelievable. The resort and the facilities are all excellent. The gardens, the pool, the jacuzzi, no expense has been spared to ensure this resort has the "Wow" factor. The restaurant and bar over look the pool and seating area, everything you could ever want or need is at your fingertips. From the Owner, Manager and staff, nothing is to much. I arrived wanting to rent a scooter, one hour later, Antonio the owner had driven into town and returned with a scooter for me. It is these little perfect touches that make the Bella Napoli resort such a fantastic resort.

There is nothing you can not like about this resort, it is excellent in every way and in every little detail.

The staff is very warm and friendly. Kudos to Jet and his co staff. They are very accurate!! Highly recommended. Our room is clean. I feel safe and far away from home vibe. If ever I will go back to Panglao I want to stay in a place like this.

Everything is great but the aircon needs to be considered as well. The room is a bit warm for us. We cannot control the aircon. Maybe they can add a fan near the bed area so we can sleep well. Another thing I would recommend is for them to offer some accommodation to bring the guests to the nearest beach.

A unique hotel with 12 rooms that all you don't need to wait facilities with others. Pet the assistant manager is extremely helpful with patience to guests. Extra credits given to its chefs that cook all meals in high quality, weekend Saturday happy hours is excellent during my stay. For me everything is meeting optimum and I will definitely visit again when I travel there!

Not many restaurants or shopping places outside this area but I always enjoy kitchen inside the hotel

Location is not close to the beach. Neighbourhood is residential, farming, a few new houses are being built in the neighbourhood. We liked that is was off the beaten track and my kids had a chance to see "normal" surroundings, rather than something strongly influenced by tourism. The hotel was really nice, quiet, relaxed. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was very good, pizza was great! Room was great for our needs with two comfortable beds in a sizable room with a big balcony. We would like to visit again if we have an opportunity.

There was nothing to dislike - maybe we could have stayed longer that would have been nice! I may add that there is an anti-animal device on the roof of the main building that regularly makes a high pitched noise in the daytime, presumably to keep away birds or other animals from the pool area. It works, but I wonder if there is a better option to achieve the same result.

calm and relax location best suited for small family. the resort is tidy and well kept. appropriate signed board along the busy highway so guests won't get lost the king-size bed plus a single bed in a spacious room was excellent for a small family or a group of 3. reliable , honest, and friendly staff members of the hotel. almost 10 minutes away from the busy alona beach and 15 minutes away from the airport.

the bathroom shower has an odd smell coming from the drain. hopefully, they can sort it out. the erratic Internet connection due to bad weather, which is unforseen and not the hotel's fault. They had upgraded to starlink provider

I had an amazing stay at this resort! The service was top-notch—the staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spacious enough for 4 people, offering all the comfort we needed. Everything exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was à la carte, and the food was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the in-house restaurant's pizza so much that we ate it twice! The prices were very reasonable, making the experience even better. One of the standout moments was how accommodating the staff were. We had an early ferry to catch, and when I asked for a takeaway breakfast the night before, they prepared it for us early in the morning. Their attention to detail and customer service truly impressed me.

The only minor downside is that the resort is about a 15-minute drive away from the famous beaches. However, this wasn’t much of an issue as the front desk can quickly call a local tuk-tuk for you, which arrives within 5 minutes! It was convenient and easy.

I took the suite room.It was big and spacious.The balcony was very nice and the jacuzzi was super.The hotel is 10-15 minutes from panglao with scooter in very nice area.the breakfast and the restaurant were very good ,and the staff was very helpful .With 1-2 things if they fix the hotel will be 10/10 .I forgot to say the bed was super comfy.

We paid around 100 euros for the night and i think its a lot .Internet for working was really week(mobile surfing was ok) and i suggest to put starlink for better. The water in bathroom was not so strong and hot for my standards,i think when you pay so much money you want more.But general it was a very nice staying

Even before our stay we already had a great experience with the staff. They were able to respond to questions in a timely manner and easy to arrange airport shuttle. When we finally arrived at the hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to assist us in booking activities quickly. The food at the restaurant was delicious, the kids asked for their pizza every day even after trying different restaurants nearby. The pool was great, the kids absolutely enjoyed swimming everyday. We had an early checkout, before the kitchen opened for breakfast and the staff was thoughtful enough to have packed up eggs, sandwiches, and water bottles for us for the airport. We are very grateful to Stella and the rest of the staff at Bella Napoli for an amazing experience!

We loved our stay at the resort and we're thrilled to return. The staff was very friendly and did the impossible to make us feel comfortable. This is the perfect place to relax, not crowded, far enough from the tourist spots but close to several great beaches and iconic landmarks. The room was huge and cozy, the beds comfortable and has everything you need, very functional. The food was to die for. Authentic Italian food, the Filipino breakfast was also excellent. I paired it with a wonderful expresso and tiramisu every morning, which the staff makes sure is always available. All facilities were clean, the swimming pool was well maintained and the futbolin a genius addition to the relaxing resort for entertainment.

No weaknesses, just wonderful.

Exceptional staff, the best customer service we’ve experienced in our 3 weeks in the Philippines. Utterly delicious authentic Italian food, spacious rooms, a tranquil atmosphere and great pool. I would have given 10/10 if it wasn’t for the shower which we had problems with for 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. Other than that, it was an absolutely brilliant stay.

The shower didn’t have any pressure on the first night, and didn’t have hot water on the second night. The staff fixed it as soon as I mentioned it, and we had nice hot water with decent pressure on our 3rd night.
