Place is clean, beautiful and homely. Cottages are quite new, so everything looks good. They do improvements all the time, for example they did better road during we stay there. They take good care of the place. Owners live at the same plot, so they helped us with everything, like ordering drives and daytrips. They were so friendly and good for us. Kids loved the place and little pool, even if there were some rainy days. Kids also loved the countryside with all kind of animals on the road. There are no kitchen equipment in cottage, so you cannot cook there. There is a small fridge and kettle, so you can do little meals like cup noodles or make instant coffee. Free big bottled water was good bonus. Little grocery store is about 500metres away and tricycles drive you restaurants or beaches you want. Nearest beach is White beach or Dumaluan beach (you can walk there also about 5-10 minutes) and they are much better than crowded Alona. White beach is crowded by locals at weekends, other days the beach may be only for you (and dogs). Little restaurants also there. We loved this place, even if the wifi was quite weak.

- The place was relaxing, peaceful and only 4 like Bungalow type rooms were here. - The pool was warm and clean as always. - The caretaker was nice ans always ready available. - The room was huge and high ceilings that exceeded my expectations. - There’s a dirty kitchen outside that you can cook, utensils and Microwave. - No mosquitoes or any other insects around but there were so many ants but it’s okay as long as no mosquitoes around. - The Air conditioner saved our day from the heat outside since it is summer time. - The beach is 10 Minutes walk on the rough road but if you have car you can reach it for few minutes and walk to the beach for 2 Minutes. It is near Dumaluan beach which is peaceful and not crowded place, far from Alona Beach. - The highlight of my trip since I am a Dog lover was Finli, a Beagle dog that is hyper active and friendly. I hope the other guests will pet him too because he is really nice and loves to be pet. I will go back there again because of this dog like I can pet him all day everyday. - The place is near Bohol bee farm, 10-12 Minutes drive. - There is a 24 hour store like 10 Minutes walk from the place. It is safe to walk around the area.

- I hope the other guests who will stay and use the dirty kitchen will at least Clean after they use it. “ Clean as you go” and a bit of donation for using the gas stove will be appreciated. - It is located a bit inside and you may need to rent motorcycles or something but if you are into walking then it would be fine, I rented a car and there is no problem at all. Car rentals cost 1,600Php.

Tyner’s place is a little hidden paradise in Panglao. We stayed for a week we enjoyed every single minute there. The bedroom is big and a/c working perfectly. There is a swimming pool you can use anytime and there are not lots of guests for it feels very private. There is also an outdoor kitchen in case you would like to prepare some food. 10/10. Thanks for the enjoyable stay. Best tip: rent a scooter as the place is far from almost everything.

Spacious clean bungalows located in a beautiful and relaxing scenery. It was the best place we stayed during our 2 months of travelling. The pool is great, the palms and plants around the pool make a great vibe - it's all well-thought and well-designed. There are only 4 bungalows, so it's extremely calm. Wifi is great, AC is really quiet. There is an outdoor kitchenette available for guests and fridge/kettle in the room which we rarely encountered in Philippines. The place is located within a walking distance to the White Beach/Dumuluan Beach. It's in more secluded part of Panglao, but it's still just a 10 min drive to Alona beach. If you want to avoid crowds and just relax in a beautiful place, I strongly recommend Tyner's place!

Everything was great

The resort is very beautiful and well-maintained. The houses offer many amenities. The accommodation is close to beautiful beaches. Special praise goes to Sink, who is extremely dedicated and helpful and comes to the aid of every guest. He made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable.

It was comfortable, had a nice courtyard and pool with a community kitchen, and there were only 5 units or so. It was off the main road, but not too far.

The access to the closest beach was a very rough road. In comparison with other places we stayed, an extra towel for the beach would have been nice.

I like the place quite, clean away from noise. The place is relaxing. the staff is friendly. definitely recommend to others

I did not like that much that is away from restaurant, and maybe in the future to add more info of the neighboring place such as Alona beach that there is night life. some thing that the place can do better is to add on more light specially in the swimming pool area for guest want to stay late in the pool. I found it to dark for someone want to stay in the pool side at night

Its a nice, quite place. We had a really good sleep. We loved the shower as it has a lot of space and good water pressure. Also there is Netflix available. We decided to do a kayaking firefly tour last minute. The owner organised a trycicle for us. The trycicle driver, Herbert, was really friendly and helpful. He waited for us to finish the tour. We had a great evening and stay.

The area is a bit offside and you have to take a trycicle in order to get to a restaurant for example

The position, the price that I consider really really competitive, the pool, the possibility to arrange external activities

Double check with the staff the beginning time of the external activities (for example the tour at Balicasag Island). Absence of a hairdryer.

A very nice, private and clean cabin and close to the beach. They have very comfortable beds and loved the distilled in-room water, which is a nice touch. The air conditioning kept us nice and cool during our stay.The owners are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place!,❤️
