beautiful and spacious garden premises with swimming pool for a very budget price ! :) 15 min by trycicle from the airport. only 200 PhP for 4 pax (they have spacious trycicles). The staff may call it for you with n extra charge. A beautiful garden territory, with lots of trees and shade,with a very nice chill-out area. Clean swimming pool. Spacious 2-room appartments, with a kitchenette, hot water in the shower. Quiet place & nice staff. A quiet beach with white sand is within a 5-min walk from the resort. If you want a more joyful beach with many facilities and cafes and scuba diving, you'll find it on Alona beach, 10 min by trycicle.

The breakfast was among a few things that we didn't like. A small choice of Filipino dishes, with a sausage or corn beef being the main part of it. We like Filipino cuisine very much, but the breakfast was less tasty thta we had expected: no brewed coffee, only instant, the so called "hot chocolate" (Milo, with creamer, not milk) was dissappointing, and they even did't have tea bags, no tea at all. They don't cook, so your option is to ask them to order take away food for you. I don't know from which cafe it has been ordered, but our sinigang na sugpo and deinks were no tasty. Also the staff couldn't provide a table tennis ball, and they didn' have their own voleyball ball, so we couldn't use their sport facilities. But this was a temporary problem :)

The front desk ladies were so helpful! Mario, the Italian breakfast host, was magnifico- the best! I loved it that whenever we requested for something to be repaired, the staff went above and beyond to make it happen. Whenever we asked for something that was supposed to be in the room ( such as plates, silverware, pots/pans etc...) it was brought to our room. The children loved the pool. We all loved the breakfast choices (the tocino was Da Bomb!).

I didn't like it that our room wasn't truly ready for us although we arrived so late. We were able to get into the room right away, but the toilet floor was flooded, the door was making a super loud sound when opened and closed... no utensils, no plates, no pans. Nevertheless, when we asked at the front desk to get the repairs done, the maintenance staff did the repairs (a hose was replaced in the bathroom and the door was taken off to sand off a little bit of the wood at the bottom).

Breakfast is good, location is walking distance to the beach and they have their own rental scooter which we used to go to the city centre. My family enjoyed the swimming pool.

going to the hotel is a little bit challenging as it is not a concrete road but rough road. we booked 3 units, 2 apt and 1 deluxe room, 1 apt is located at the 3rd floor which is not senior citizen friendly as you need to go up using the stairs. the deluxe room is under a mango tree, during our stay it is mango season, so every time there's always a mango falling from the tree going to our roof, it is ok at daytime but it is annoying during the night.

Big room, good for a family and has an actual kitchen in the room. It basically looks like an apartment for a small family. The amenities outside are playground, pool, garden, barbeque stove, long table for a family gathering, there is a free parking, there is veranda, and the place is very peaceful, few minutes walk to the beach, and it was cheap. It's amazing how they managed to give everything we need for a cheap rate. They also have free breakfast.

Nothing

The facilities were fantastic. Was so nice having so much space and the use of a microwave and kettle. The shower was always hot, and have a separate tray so the whole bathroom floor didn’t get wet. The pool was nice and was cleaned regularly. The aircon was the best we have had across the Phillipines. The motorbike we rented from them was the best bike we have used in our 7 months of travel.

They didn’t provide much cutlery or plates/bowls, etc, so we had to buy some. They also didn’t provide any cleaning liquid or sponge.

I loved staying here. So much so that I extended my stay. I had to do some work on my laptop and it was the perfect location. The room I booked was more like an apartment, very roomy and comfortable in every way. I was on the top floor and I could see the sea from my dining table. They have 2 very friendly dogs that hang around the hotel. One of them Waffle would often spend a few hours snoozing in my room while I was working. The staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. I had breakfast included and I looked forward to the delicious meal everyday. Would be great for travellers and families alike. There is a pool and lots of games around the resort to keep you entertained. The beach is about a 10min walk. I would definitely stay again.

The beach had quite a bit of seaweed. I'm not sure if it was the same on the other side of the island. The pool water was a little cloudy for my standards although there were lots of people using it happily. Not to do with the resort but thought I'd mention, I booked a group island tour which included dolphin watching, snorkelling and swimming with turtles. On a 6 hour trip I only got half an hour in the water. We also passed straight over huge areas of beautiful reef but ended up stopping on a sand bank. Maybe there are rules about where the boats can and can't stop but it was disappointing. I would say if you can afford it book a private tour and go where you want to go.

Good location, the white beach is just a few minutes from the resort. You can go to Dumaluan Beach, which is very quiet and relaxing in comparison with overcrowded Alona beach. There is no good cafes nearby, but you can order food in the resort. But if you have a motorbike, you can just drive to Alona. Wi-Fi was good. Staff is helpful, organized a transfer for me to my next destination.

There is a kitchen, but you should pay for gas if you want to cook, which is very strange. Also there is no utilities in the kitchen (pots, plates, forks, etc), though the staff provides them on demand. I didn’t like their huge black dog, which started to bark at me a few times for no reason.

Location is perfect for us. It is located in white beach and only minutes walking. Alona and airport even to go tarsian, chocolate hills to go was easy way to drive. Parking lot is free. Swimming pool maintain well. Rooms clean. Filipino style breakfast served every morning. Dog friendly resort. Everything was so good for my family.

Water pressure is weak ~

Very comfortable stay here. Comfy beds, warm shower, water dispenser in room. Close to the beach.

It was not a big problem, but Wifi was only good 80% of the time, but because the password didn't work for our floor, we had to use the other floors' wifi. Reception was unable to check the password as the WiFi box was in a guest room who was already there. Wifi was excellent at reception though

Place has a great location plus it feels like home. Decent size of the pool for both adults and kids. Staff is always there to help you. Taste of breakfast is amazing. The only thing that the air conditioning was either broken or not working properly. Smell of dampness coming out from it. But overall I would recommend and return again.
