The room was spacious and the AC was great!

The door lock didn’t work. They had to come change the whole mechanism. But they did it that same day, which was great!

The rooms were very comfortable. We loved the fact that the hotel's location makes it so easy to mingle with the locals. There is a vibrant community life that we can be fully immersed in as there are numerous small shops ("sari sari") frequented by locals on the same street. Whether it be passersby, roosters crooning, dogs, laughs or animated conversations in Filipino... you'll be sure to experience El Nido in full immersion! We were worried that the noise would disturb our sleep or affect the kids, but it barely affected us once we were asleep. It was also very close to all the bars and restaurants downtown so we walked most of the time. It was also easy (and cheap!) to ride tricycles to farther beaches like Lio Beach or Las Cabanas. The rooftop terrasse was spectacular, albeit under-utilized. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our 10-days stay at Hanna's Inn.

The location of the property was accessible, it's near stores, restaurants, and the El Nido Town. Although it's residential, we never felt unease with the noise like other reviews said. The room was very clean and spacious. My friends and I really felt at home. The staff were very accommodating too, they offer services even if you don't ask for it. I would also love to commend the water pressure. I really consider this one in any hotels I'm staying with.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and well-appointed rooms made my stay exceptional. The convenient location and delicious breakfast added to the overall enjoyment. I highly recommend Hanna's Inn for a hassle-free, delightful, and value for money lodging experience.

During my stay at Hanna's Inn, I didn't encounter any significant issues or dislikes. However, I would recommend informing the staff in advance if you plan to order meals from the restaurant to ensure they can be prepared accordingly.

The room was true to the photos - basic but spacious, clean with enough storage space. The water pressure was surprisingly very good for El Nido. Free filtered water was appreciated. Great breakfast on the rooftop - loved the omelette. Just make sure you order in advance if you have plans because there's usually only one staff member available to cook. The staff were kind and would make up the room upon request. The location was good with a very short walk into town but down a dark side street with lots of stray dogs.

There were cockrels directly outside our room waking us at 5am every morning - bring ear plugs!

We stayed at Hanna's for 3 nights & could've easily stayed longer! The room was bright, had many windows, clean, very spacious. Within short walking distance to the beach & good restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. Can highly recommend!

WiFi doesn't reach all rooms. We were lucky being in the room underneath the bar so we could use it. I think it should be available in all rooms. :) If you are light sensitive make sure to bring a mask as the curtains are not really light proof.

Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the staff who promptly checked me into my room. The accommodation was cozy. Throughout my stay, the staff at Hanna’s Inn were incredibly attentive and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for nearby activities, their hospitality truly enhanced my experience. They also served delicious breakfasts and affordable food and drinks on the rooftop.

The neighborhood is noisy sometimes.

The view from the hotels roof-top terrace is REALLY nice! Staff is SO friendly and helpful. Thank you for a nice stay. We stayed here for a single night, before going to Coron, the place had all we needed, so we can recommend this hotel.

Be advised there are no elevators and it is a three-story building. Bring ear-plugs if you don't like to wake up very early because of the roosters crowing in the neighborhood (just like at many other hotels in the Philippines, located in a town among locals). If you plan to eat at the hotels café, it might be a good idea to advise the staff beforehand, to make sure they have the groceries for the dishes, as they didn't have many of the dishes on the menu. However the breakfast they served us was VERY delicious!!
