'Staff were great and welcoming. They took care of all our needs and went above and beyond. From July, Daisy, and Saira (i hope i got her name right) to the cleaning staff. They were all great. We were able to rent a scooter from them, guided us to whereever we wanted to go and were very welcoming. We would definitely go back and stay here.

Wished they had a restaurant at the property that served all day. apparently it was a separate owner that rents from the hotel. room service would have been great but easily call July at the front desk and he could get you anything you want. just make sure you return the favor and tip them well as they deserve every bit of it.

Kaimana was amazingly beautiful!! The staff was AMAZING. I got sick on my last day and they helped my mom navigate to get medicine and food for me and my aunt. They were very helpful and kept our rooms clean and stocked, They help us rent a motor bike so we didn't have to run around for one. Best service ever here!

The only downsides were no beach access across the street and the restaurant is only open starting Thursday evenings and is a WONDERFUL but high priced restaurant.

Our stay at Kaimana was perfect!! The location is a little bit away from the busy parts of general luna, so it was more quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to get a ride by tricycle or walk to find a place to eat nearby. The rooms are spacious, super clean, and they have ac and a fan. The rooms are cleaned everyday while you’re away. They replace the towels, make your bed, give you more toilet paper etc. The front desk staff are so kind, welcoming and always willing to assist you with anything you need. I loved the pool view we got from our room balcony. The pool is clean, quiet, and was not crowded at all during our stay. At times, I was the only one by the pool relaxing.

The one and ONLY thing I can think to mention is that the shower doesn’t have super hot water, but it’s really not that bad at all. It was more like taking a lukewarm shower, and it was actually kind of refreshing since it was hot outside!

This was perfect for my partner and I. We were up the road from the hustle and bustle but rented mopeds to keep us connected. The staff at Kaimana organised mopeds and even replaced a wing mirror free of charge after it was broken. This was nice and quiet, shuttle to and from the airport also organised for us. The rooms were an excellent size with everything we needed. The restaurant downstairs (Roots) is a separate entity but definitely should be visited for local fresh produce served every day. Absolutely loved Kaimana and will definitely book again if we return to Siagao.

We loved everything about our stay. The villa was spotless and spacious, with lush greenery all around that gave it a wonderfully private feel. We spent hours relaxing and reading on the terrace. The pool was incredible—large, clean, and never crowded—so it felt like our own private oasis. A special thanks to the amazing staff who made us feel truly welcome and at home. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything is great, but beyond all the service is incredible. Best I have ever seen. They organized our car rental and whale shark tour (amazing service during this one, with towels that were bring just outside of the boat avoiding us to freeze) making it 100% stress free. The restaurant is amazing as well - we had our breakfast (so great !) and lunch there (at 2pm without issue). The equipment are really great too, we just had the time to test the pool (open 24/7, so convenient !). The view in the room and restaurant is amazing. Super clean ans beautiful place.

The description of the room specified three beds, but only two beds were available. The description and photos were misleading/inaccurate. It was important to our family to have three beds and we only considered rooms with three beds when making our reservation. We were disappointed to learn that the description and photos were not accurate and only two beds were available. The owner offered nominal compensation for the discrepancy and this was appreciated, yet my family was not as comfortable with two beds throughout the stay.

Finally booked this place after they addressed all my inquiries. I liked that they were really helpful during the booking process. They provide pick-up/drop-off service to and from the hotel to the airport and back for ₱300 ($5) only. Just inform them what time and the van will be there with a trusted driver. We were allowed to check-in early, coming from a 5:00AM flight! We arrived past 7:00AM and our room had the AC on and was ready. They didn’t fuss or hover and just left us to it, which we loved because we absolutely adored our spacious room, the soft bed and pillows, the balcony, and the easy access to everything we needed—emphasis on their WiFi which was unbelievably awesome. Two of my friends were working almost during our entire stay and were doing back-to-back video calls while I was binge watching YouTube videos and we had no problems with the connection at all. It was a very productive yet restful stay for us which I cannot thank Kaimana enough for allowing their place to be our home base while se explored Siargao. Staying here also gave us easy access to island tours, land tours, surfing lessons, you just name what you want to experience from Siargao’s famous tourist activities and they have the connections. We were at ease knowing that they knew the people in-charge of that and because of this everyone we encountered took care of us too. We were so spoiled! They made up our room without us needing to ask too. And we always made a mess of our room so we really appreciated this gesture. Last but not least is their pool which was my absolute favorite. I was there day in and day out—clean, NEVER cold, and private = perfect. I even ended up sleeping at their pool area at some point.

We were thinking WHAT IF they had “Breakfast Included” as a booking option. But honestly we enjoyed trying all the good food finds in the area that we didn’t need to give it a 2nd thought. It was unnecessary. There was a restaurant renting downstairs but it was a completely different and separate world from Kaimana which had zero effect on the wonderful stay that we had.

Raffi was so friendly and welcoming, the room was exceptionally clean with daily servicing. Pool was also immaculate and in beautiful surroundings.

Unfortunately there was some construction next door but this is everywhere on Siargao. Restaurant is used as a co-working space all day.

We loved our stay at Kaimana! The room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful whenever we had any issues. The pool area was also very nice and relaxing, we’d definitely stay here again!
