Location is great for airport transfers, it’s about 15 min drive from the airport by Grab. Hotel staff organized airport drop off for us as well which was very quick and convenient. Pancakes for breakfast at Kenny Roger’s next to the hotel were great! Hot shower was good as well. Staff was friendly and polite.

The room we had booked initially was not available so we had to discuss a bit with the staff to get some alternative, which took some time. 3-4 floors rooms were quite noisy at night due to the busy road and huge aircon system. Rooms looked a bit dusty, but beds were comfy and clean. Surroundings looked not very safe in the evening, but hotel itself is safe with the guards who also were very helpful and nice. It’s a good choice for overnight airport transfer anyway.

Love the staff, all of them were so nice. The room was really wide and good for its price (we stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room), stayed for 4 nights and everyday they would make up your room. The food at the cafe was delicious too. All in all it was a great experience and definitely worth the price.

The only downside I saw is that there were no nearby convenience stores. You have to walk for a bit to get to the nearest one. But you can still deliver to the hotel so it was all good.

Very small pool. The area around d the pool was very noisy. Possibly an air conditioning unit . My bottle opener went missing good which made it hard to open a bottle of beer . Who would.pinch a bottle opener .It was the incovience more than anything !!

Very spacious room. Comfortable bed and good working AC. We stayed one night to take our flight the next day which was perfect so just relax a bit. Definitely recommend.

The carpet in the room and the bathroom floor are a bit oldish but still ok. The breakfast next door good also be better.

ALL staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially front desk, housekeeping and room service staff. Great porters/security personnel.

Our 2nd floor lost power for an afternoon. It took me calling again after several hours sweating before the staff thought to offer to move us to another room with electricity. Wifi was not functioning on another day... Limited room service menu. Suggest you provide information/instructions in room how to operate TV. Kept having to ask front desk to send someone just to turn the TV on.

Hospitality was excellent. The hotel was just a walking distance to open market, Baclaren. Enjoyed the ride on the tuktuk. Had a great fun on the ride. People are great and fun to have them around you.

The rain has spoilt my travel plan to Cavite City.

Changed rooms a few times due to several minor issues. One time discussion with receptionist who persisted claiming i did not handed over the 2 keycards at checkout…what????

the staff are amazing people and very friendly . very professional. make you feel part of there family. they are amazing here and recommend that if all hotels where like this people would love to stay . would recommend if all hotels where run like this it would be amazing

I loved everything about the property

Location, price, and airport pick up was quick. The staff assisted for drop off since my departure was early they don’t have shuttle yet. Grab came so quick.

The bathroom is so small, no counter top for our stuff. No wash cloth compared to other hotels.

Great location, very affordable and the quality was much higher than I was expecting! Did not really get to use the facilities but it has a pool too!
