Very good for people coming from or to the airport. Good neighborhood with big restaurants and supermarket in the suroundings.

It’s very unpractical to walk from the airport to the hotel, we had to throw ourselves in front of many cars with large suitcases - highly recommend taking a Grab to get there. They lack a transfer system

Transfer from airport to hotel ( that was booked online with hotel) was expensive given it was only a 5 minute drive. ((1200 pesos) On return to airport concierge booked us transport for 150 Pesos back to the airport. Felt ripped off and in future would book a taxi from the airport rather than the hotel.

The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay if you have a long layover. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. The bathroom has just the right supplies you need for a short stay.

The hotel's airport transfer was at a very, very high price. It was TIMES higher than the normal taxi taken from the airport. For the purpose of most stays they should have managed this much better. The bathroom is very, very small and it has basic supplies. The shower was not working properly but we managed it. We had a very bad experience with housekeeping - there were no towels in the rooms when we checked in. We waited for almost an hour for delivery.

The location is not where it is on the Booking map!!! Whilst it is conveniently located the map showed it to be right next the airports adjoining walkway which is why I booked it. In fact it is a 10 min walk away - not a big distance but with a young family I didn’t appreciate the misinformation and I had to check out the street walk myself before I came back to escort the family. I actually found the correct location on Apple maps

The TV was not working in the room. I asked the hotel reception staff if it could be fixed, but they told me it could not be fixed. You would really expect a 4/5 star hotel like the Savoy to have the TV's working in guests rooms, particulary when you are paying over 6,000 pesos a night to stay there. This was rather sloppy & disappointing.

Location, walking distance to NAIA Terminal 3. Some choices of restaurants nearby.

Bathroom door was not practical, the passage was not spacious enough unless you close it. No bidet. You’ll have to go back to the reception if you would like to ask something because no one answers the phone. Upon check-in, the receptionist won’t give you information about the hotel and their amenities.

A very convenient location, just a 5 minute walk from the bridge that takes you from Terminal 3 of the airport. The decore was bright and pretty, in both the lobby and rooms. The staff were all very friendly and greeted me each time I passed someone. Harvey, one of the concierge, helped us a lot with booking a car for a day trip. When we were delayed coming back and stuck in traffic, he called the driver to check on us. We were really grateful for his care! The front doors have guards and drug sniffing dogs, so I felt very safe - if not excessively so!

The wifi was a little sketchy, and overall not fast. Also, as many other reviews have stated, the front desk for both check-in and check-out is a little slow, so be ready to wait. I didn't reserve the breakfast buffet, and after seeing how crowded and hectic it was my first morning there, I was glad.

Clean room and friendly staff, good location

Only two bottles of water and coffee sachets provided for the stay, I paid 100 pesos for an Americano in the cafe and they gave me the same coffee sachet they give for free in the hotel room. Which didn't taste good. And they gave me a creamer packet no real milk. Rip off for 100 pesos I felt scammed.

Perfect location, across the road from Manila terminal 3

When asking for transportation to airport as had luggage and airport is across a busy road the only recommendation they gave was a service costing 1200 php which was £20gbp just for the taxi to go around a roundabout to the opposite side of the road for the terminal 3 entrance, as you can imagine I did not take this recommendation and instead managed to get a taxi for 150php which was around £2.24gbp.

The foods were excellent except the Sardines fish that was too much and gives you after taste . Most of the people there are from abroad and I don’t think they want that kind of fish esp. with eyes showing. Danggit fish was good. Maybe you could serve more Pork or Chicken tocino or Beef tapa . Please limit your fish dish. Thank you.

Please provide us a transportation (shuttle) bus to and from the Airport as just like before Covid happened.
